Stopped at this location on the way home from vacation and was very surprised with how quick the service was considering there... was only a couple of spots not already occupied. Peyton and the rest of the crew were very friendly and done an excellent job ofgetting my order taken and received quickly despite the amount of customers there. Even more to my surprise not only the servicebut the food was better than any I have ever gotten at my home location. Overall 10/10 experience. I come to this location all the time when I visit my family. This time however, I was left disappointed. I ordered an oreo blast... with M&M mix in with whipped cream. I order through the app and set the pick up time for 8:25 P.M. I left the house at about8:15 and arrived at 8:23. I confirmed my stall number on the app and waited. I waited 20 minutes before I went inside with myemailed receipt to ask what was going on. The lady at the counter said to me that there must have been an error with theirsystem. I do not wholly believe this however as I came to this same location the day prior with no issues what so ever. My nextissue is that my blast was mainly just vanilla ice cream, and without my whipped creme. I paid $9.06 for this one and only itemI ordered. The 20 minute wait, combined with the inexcusable errors for one item that costs $9.06 is the reason for this review.I'd just make the trek to the next sonic location instead of going here after dark. 1:35p.m. Ordered a super sonic double no cheese, no pickles, extra onion which I did not get ,extra lettuce which I did not... get,easy mayo plus fresh tomatoes not soggy tomatoes and fries on the side , normally like one one or two tots in my friesinstead of half of my fries being replaced with tots.....wait it gets better we go to get our order corrected cause the messedup my wife's order too and then I get home with my new meal completely remade on the house and I open my burger and what do Isee pickles of course so at this point I just removed the pickles myself because I had no time to waste mind you this alloccurred during my lunch break so time is of the essence ....I have never had to write a review like this about my favoriteSonic restaurant and I don't know if they are under new management but when the manager Kerie is there my order is always rightplease please do better sincerely your's, loyal sonic drive in customer Read more
