So yeah today i went and got 4 subs two subs were completely disgusting? the man said haha you want my special sauce? to my... young cousin he?s 10? and he said haha joking? We got in about 9:30 pm after a long day on the road, figured since all the signs and Google said they were 24 hr we could grab... a sub. But the young guy inside paused his conversation just long enough to tell us that he wasn't taking anymore customers, notthat it's a problem, we just went to Waffle House instead but if it's not actually 24 hr maybe change Google or at least get asign to let truckers know they can't actually get a meal at 9:30 Read more

Sick employees should have a right to not work. Let it be known that if you eat here, you have a chance of getting sick because... employees are noted to find a replacement to cover their shift if sick or to come in anyway. It's a sub shop guys. Manager canhandle it solo. Create a better environment and maybe that employee won't be "sick" after all Read more
I went into subway at the pilot truck stop and ordered a tuna fish sub with toasted bread the gentleman put the tuna on first... and then the cheese which I wanted my sub toasted with the cheese only not both, The Gorilla looking person come over tell himto take his break. She scrapes the tuna and cheese off the bread into a bowl and throw the bread in the garbage and begin tomake another sub like I Ordered it, she toasted the bread with the mix shredded cheese, then take the tuna and cheese that shescraped off the previous sub and place on top of the new sub with toasted cheese.. When I got here around 12:30. There were 3 people in line and when the guy got my order I asked for black olives. He responded... in a rude manner and said he had to go back and look and he wouldn?t go back and get them. I understand that in this climateunder staff is an issue and I didn?t make a big deal of it but I think he should have gone back to get the olives becausesomeone else might have wanted them too.
