Started off very bad. A waitress named Amanda was extremely rude. Being a Saturday, they each only had 2 tables each. There... was only one table vacant. The table had not been cleaned from the previous customers. We walked towards that empty table onlyto be yelled at by Amanda. She yelled out "You can't sit there until I tell you:! After a few minutes, she slowly walked to thetable and removed the dirty dishes. Again, we walked towards the table when she Again yelled that we couldn't sit there untilshe tells us to. She said she had to wipe the table off. Instead of washing off the table, she washed all the dishes. Finally, she slowly came to the table and wiped it off. Never did she inform us that we were ALLOWED to finally sit there. Anotherwaitress told us that we could sit down. In the meantime, another table became vacant. It was the second table from therestrooms. This waitress was extremely friendly. We decided if Amanda was as rude to us as she was, we certainly weren'thaving her bring food to us! I don't know the name of the waitress we had at table 2, but we waited for her to clean that tableand sat in her section! She immediately cleaned her table first us. She got a $27 tip! Lesson learned, DON'T GO TO WAFFLE HOUSEIN LUGOFF AND SIT IN AMANDA'S SECTION UNLESS YOU LIKE RUDE PEOPLE! Read more

To whoever the man was closing tonight, I sympathize as I also work in fast food. I hate to be that person, but I would not work... at a 24 hour restaurant if having customers 24 hours is upseting to you. If you dislike your job so much, find a new job or makechanges in your schedule with your manager. It is not the customers fault. I got off two 24 hour trains for days to come see myfriend and this was the only thing that was open, but the mood was immediately ruined with the passive aggressive attitude. Frustrated non customer! Being in the trucking industry time is money. While in route to WH I tried to call in an order to pick... but no one was answering. I get there and they were not even busy @ 1030pm on a Friday night. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Read more

The restaurant was completely empty when I walked in. The youngest employees I've ever seen in a Waffle House showed excellent... customer service and went above and beyond. Soon after I ordered about 7 people walked in, but the crew did not mind at all.They immediately were attentive to them, just as they were to me when I walked in. A lot of times restaurant employees act likeyou're bothering them when you walk in, especially if the place is completely empty. These youngsters had positive attitudes anddid great making my order to-go. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely return. Keep Up The Good Work! Read more

The 2 waitresses i have dealt with on 2 different occasions Had nasty attitudes while i was placing a big orders kept asking is... that it instead of saying what else ???? The supposedly rock star cook only doing waffles the manager cooking under cooking theeggs and burning your meat and bread i spent 60 dollars twice and the food was awful grits had lumps in it cheese not melted onthe smoother and covered items this place need The GM and owner to step in my last visit 10/10/2021 Read more
