I live up the street from them and they?re always getting my order wrong. For the past couple of days they?ve delivered my order... and my whole order isn?t there. They have to many people working there for them to all be SLOW! It?s terrible. Won?t bereturning! Read more
We were traveling and needed a Diet Coke and a snack. There were several people in front of us, and the staff were loudly... discussing that they needed to close the inside because they were so busy and couldn?t keep up. There was also one employee wholooked like she was ready to blow up and was quite rude to everyone, including other staff. WOW !!!!! The night crew has taken a complete 360. 6 months ago the food was served cold and messy, employees were loud and... using profanity. Decided to check it out last night at 11:52pm and the new assistant manager Stephanie was such a sweet heart. She had no problem taking my order although the store was getting ready to close. It is so good to see employees enjoying thejob they have and still getting the job done. THE FOOD WAS MADE FRESH !!! The cashier Ro was very kind and shared an Insiderscoop!!! I asked for a simple whopper sandwich. The cashier made me feel like I was a bother. As i?m ordering and eating there is cursing... and complaining loudly going on behind the register. Oh and they didn?t give me back my change as the server said ?we don?t gotno pennies?. Read more
Every time I go to this location it?s like I?m bothering them by placing my order. I ordered two meals nothing complicated. The... girl over the speaker asked me if there was anything else that I needed When I said yes she said ?ugh! hold on I have acustomer ? and then came back to take the rest of the order taking deep breaths over the speaker. It was kind of humorous I havenever been in a situation where an employee shows the customer how annoyed they are by doing their job. I say if you can?t docustomer service DO NOT work in customer service!!! This is not a problem with being a shortstaffed this is a problem with itbeing at work but not wanting to work. DO NOT EVEN think this is FAST FOOD!!!! Waited over an HOUR for 2 Whoppers and onion rings. Standing there in amazement and... disgust while my food got cold. If I wasn't so tired, I would have jumped over the counter and got it MYSELF. One employee tookentire break and I was still waiting when she returned. The worst Burger King ever they only had one person running the window And the whole place while there were 10 cars in the line... for at least 35 minutes. I notice that this Burger King is in a minority community. I believe Large chains always undeserveminority communities. Read more
