We have needed parts for older equipment on a few occasions; Tom was able to cross reference older part numbers... to upgraded part numbers and included wiring diagrams since installing would be different. Human resources or Administration Please be advised that whomever is in parts counter answering the calls from your customers... tell him that he should keep his attitude to himself, be patient and open to explain the costumers which information is neededinstead of being rude and start yelling.
