This particular restaurant is ALMOST as bad as the one in Browns Mills. Unprofessional staff, food was no where near freshly... cooked, and the overall attitude of the counter person who's demeanor was just sad, like they hated their life and clearlydidn't want to be there. Of course that's just my opinion, we don't know what people have going on in their personal lives so weshouldn't make judgments based solely on appearance so I was wrong for making that assumption. I'm a firm believer if you applyfor a particular job, know what you're getting yourself in to, and if you're not a people person or just socially awkward, maybethe customer service/retail industry is not your calling. Prices are outrageous for 2 breakfast meals! Eating at IHOP would only be a few dollars more for better food, with getting... waited in included. We ate a sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin and a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal. Sandwiches are smallerand prices higher. Over $18.00 Wow! ???? Read more

Why was the person working the drive through w a headset using one of the only 2 registers at the front? I thought I was going... to have a peaceful half hour eating, not so much. Good grief she was loud. Might as well have been over the speaker system. Read more

This McDonald's was decent until today. Gross gross gross! Sign outside says 2 for 6 Crispy Chicken. Crispy Chicken sandwich is... super dry, chewy and hard. Chicken was stale and expired!!!! I want to give this store 5 stars but I can't bring myself to do that to you. I've been eating here since it was built, I even... played on the old caboose that once sat out front. My brother actually worked here way back when.  That's what makes this atough review. I stopped by here intentionally to get the warm and fuzzies. Chain restaurants like this have the amazing abilityto provide consistently good food. This store must not have gotten the memo. The food just wasn't good. I mean, it was ok, itjust wasn't as fresh and flavorful as other stores I've been to recently. It just tasted like disappointment. The staff wascourteous and fast. The problem clearly doesn't lie with them. I couldn't be more disappointed. Read more

Went through the drive thru. When I received my order the Soda was not full. It was a good 2 inches from the top. I asked for... The girl at the window to please fill it up. She said what?s wrong with it. I said it?s not full can you fill it up please. Shetakes it and adds more ice to it from some random cup that?s sitting next to her on the counter. Oh Hell no!!! It?s hot. It?sbusy. I can understand the attitude, everyone has one nowadays, but let?s not break the health code while we are at it. Read more

Very slow service. We waited 20 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and an apple pie. They didn't bother to tell us that they had... to cook more of the pies. The pies were nice and hot when they came, but the burgers were cold. I think they bagged the burgersright away then waited on the apple pies to be made. Communication would have been nice. If I could give this store negative stars, I would! I went to the drive-thru late at night a few weeks ago and when I got home,... I opened my sandwich only to discover that someone had already take two big bites out of it! I tried calling the storeimmediately but there was no answer, so I sent an email about this disgusting experience to McDonald's corporate. I finallyspoke with the manager several days later and was told he would look into it and would also send me a voucher to replace thefood. Well, neither happened. I waited to post this because I wanted to give them the chance to explain what happened, but Inever received the voucher, nor did I ever hear back from him. I guess he just didn't care that either a hugely negligentmistake had been made or, even worse, one of the employees intentionally did this for laughs. Disgusting, disgraceful, andpathetic - on all counts. Never, ever again will I take my business there. Read more
