Avoid this Wawa due to poor customer service. 8 people behind the deli and only 2 making orders while the other 6 gab and... distract each other. Their output is maybe 1 sandwich every 6 minutes, if you're lucky. Doesn't matter whether you've paidalready or not, they'll ignore your order for as long as possible. Read more
Why are HALF THE GAS PUMPS ALWAYS CLOSED? They?re not even out of order - the attendants just like to place cones in front of... them so that customers cannot fuel up there. Last time I was there, I moved one of the cones and served myself at the pump. Sucha joke! The gas attendants are rude anyway. Have you ever had to interact with one? They are rough with customer vehicles(punching your gas door, slamming them closed, splashing gas all over the side of your car, etc.) - absolutely no respect forothers? property! I visited one of your stores today in Hainesport NJ, located in the Lowes/ShopRite shopping center on route 38 E. While there in... addition to purchasing a hoagie, gas and lottery tickets I used the bathroom and was totally disappointed and discussed. Theentire bathroom was absolutely filthy, every inch, as if it hasn?t been cleaned in months. In these times of Covid 19, handsanitizer and face masks there is no excuse for this bathroom be in this type of condition; as a matter of fact even if therewasn?t a pandemic. First time ordering a a kid?s meal from Wawa. Was not bad, my kids enjoyed it! The fresh baked chocolate cookie was a nice treat... for them, too. Always enjoy their chef salads. Service was quick, was in and out of there. Read more
I was really craving a Wawa Turkey Bowl. I stopped at one in the local area and they were out of mashed potatoes so headed to... this one on 38. Service was quick and easy. I did not want stuffing on my bowl, but there so was no option to remove it so Iasked the worker if I could do all mashed potatoes and remove the stuffing, which they gladly said they could do. I come to this wawa almost everyday . I had to get my wisdom teeth removed so I have to have soft as . I also have a fake tooth... in my mouth and I am not able to eat in hard ice . Two employees at night told me I can?t get ice because it?s crosscontamination. I called wawa customer service line and was told cross contamination is when or if I hand them a cup and havethem fill up the cup . Not when they are getting a cup from the back . I?ve never had this issue at any other wawa if the ice inthe machine is not soft . Another time I bought a smoothie that was $5 an employee tried to fill my $5 smoothie cup with justice . I was told I had to buy something not substitute my smoothie for ice . And she gave me the most smallest cup . I evenoffered to pay for it at times because Again I can?t eat hard ice . This wawa should have an exception with people who prefercertain ice . If it?s busy I get it . If no one is doing anything it shouldn?t be a problem . I am a wawa rewards customer . Ispend a lot of money here . I do not like the fact I was treated wrong and laughed at from the employees because they don?t wantto do it .
