Awful customer service. DIRTY restrooms without family services. No changing table for our baby. Cold coffee... we left the... food on the table and left. Then a color guy screaming to us told us we could not leave the food there... we were justdisgusted. Not recommended ???? Read more
Had three orders in which all were wrong. The chking deluxe which isn't suppose to have spicy sauce had spicy sauce on half the... sandwich. The impossible whopper had mushy tomatoes on it with no onions. The stacker king had rubbery bacon and no flavor. Notto mention the fries had no salt and the tea tasted like sewer water smells.I would not recommend eating here. Read more
Staff was friendly. But my order was not satisfying. My cheese sticks was old and cold. My onion rings was refried (yes I... watched the manager tell the cook to put it back in the grease from the holding pan and my poppers was barely warm. The service was rude and short with us. Her name was Nicole. The chicken biscuit made me throw up. It had a rancid taste. The... crossan'wichs we ordered were barely tossed into the wrappers. The egg was on the outside of 2 'wichs. The OJ wasn't even cold.Waste of money and time! Read more
My husband ordered a special. 3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries. He got it home and the TWO cheeseburgers were like... hockey pucks. The Whoppers weren't made right. The fries were good. I called the manager and she said if I brought the receiptthere they would remake the whole order. I did that today. Let me just say, the employees at this location are friendly andpolite, that's why I gave then 2 stars. They didn't get the order ri ch t AGAIN! I gave them a chance. We will go to another BKin the future. The food was a lot fresher this time. The cheeseburgers were awesome. The Whoppers were not made right.
