I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for 1 order of hush puppies. I could not get out of line due to the long line. When I... got to pay for my order I was told that they only have one cook. Then she asked me if I still wanted my order. I waited another5 minutes to get my order after I paid for it. The employee at the drive thru was very rude. Read more
Customer service was good however the mozzarella sticks were completely cold in the middle. Need to find a better cook because... the one you had cooking Monday night 9-19-22 was awful!!!!!!! Read more

I really enjoyed my Saturday meal here! The manager was very friendly and prompt even though she was working with just one other... employee! My food was fresh and tasty. There was no lack of customer service or food quality due to being understaffed. She evencame to check on us. I arrived 9:20 and the door said 10pm closing.They closed down grease 40 mins before closing time which was 10pm . They said... it would take 15 mins to heat back up. I wanted 3 fish and shrimp plates. But they only offered chicken fingers. I was SUPERDISAPPOINTED ????. I left and went to Kentucky fried chicken across the street but I really wanted fish and shrimp!!! 4/9/21SECOND CHANCE I gave review a few weeks ago but I decided to give Captain D's a second chance. So I asked my husband to pick updinner for us. I asked for battered fish and chicken strips. I am including photos from what I got. Very misrepresented sizefrom what was advertised on website.
