Very nice dunkin. They somehow forgot about our order, but the manager compensated for the inconvenience, and because of that,... I'm giving them a 5 star. When management goes above and beyond for the inconvenience of their customers, I consider that greatcustomer service. Thank you! Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would . Manager is beyond rude to customers and to staff while customers are watching. Manager also... sits in car in front of door smoking cigarettes and throwing them in the ground. We come hear almost daily and his attitude isalways the same . They also have zero staff. My daughter applied for a job and she called in to see if they had received herapp, his response was if I liked your application I would call you so don?t waste your gas to drive here. He clearly does notknow how to manage effectively. Read more
Dunkin is my treat everytime I go to Lumberton, which is about once a week. I agree that at certain times of the day the drive... thru can be busy. I use my Dunkin app, order ahead, and walk in to pick up. No more long wait times for me. Problem solved. Formonths now I have had great experiences at this Dunkin. Staff is friendly and my drink orders have been correct. Read more
We visited a Dunkin Donuts on our way out of Lumberton after checking out of the KOA. The wife wasn't hungry so she only... ordered a donut. I grabbed a mango lemonade refresher and tomato pesto grill sandwich. There were no complaints from either oneof us. And the food was good. It distracted me long enough that I forgot to take pictures! LOL! Read more
Everytime I go and get frosted donuts they are barely frosted . Is there a scarcity of frosting here ? I?m not understanding how... hard it is to make these properly . Also not to mention they never taste fresh . Not coming back anymore . ??????? Read more
