The food was freshly cooked and hot. They missed a special request to add lettuce to the chicken sandwich and the restroom had... dead bugs in it. Otherwise it was ok, but this could have been an excellent Hardee?s because the staff was very friendly. Read more
In my opinion Hardee's has Good food but they really need to work harder on Customer service at the Drive Threw. It needs help... Badly. I think the people working at Hardee's are friendly and hard working. Read more
You always have to pull up and wait at the drive thru. Even when there is nobody behind you in line. Our vehicle almost ran hot... waiting on 2 hot ham and cheese sandwiches. Read more
Stopped here to pickup breakfast. Personnel was nice and food was good.
The food was excellent. The two older ladies, not so much! I had stopped across from the drive thru and asked them if the dining... room was open. They told me it was and I told them we would park and come right in. Not 30 seconds had passed when we came inand they both had disappeared. The young lady was on break and went to look for them but evidently they were too busy to takeour order. The young girl took our order. She was very helpful but the other two not so much. Read more
This was legit the perfect example of minimal effort. Who is okay with serving this? There is no substantial substance in this... sandwich aside from the bread. Super disappointed in this. Read more
Cashier was polite. Had western bacon burger #3 tasted good just a little dry but no biggie and fries were fresh.
