It was just me my husband and daughter the place was empty Then another family of 4 walked in. We still had to ask for drink... refills and our food took forever the eggs were over cooked and my daughter's eggs under cooked. When my husband asked for thecheck the waitress asked how we wanted to split the check??..... There was yelling in the kitchen and the waitresses couldn'thandle 2 tables. Paid over 45 dollars for horrible food and service. Anyone traveling on 95 highway to get home don't waste yourtime or money. Go further down the road Read more
This place is a joke! I ordered curb side DELIVERY and followed all the prompts for placing the order arriving on time and... checking in on the app. I waited 20 minutes for the food and nothing came. I went inside, there were 5 patrons. They madeexcuses and got me the food, the mangiest looking food I've ever seen! And forgot my drink, when I went back to ask for it shebrought out a kiddie cup, I asked her if that was the 30oz I paid EXTRA FOR? and she told me yes! She disappeared in the backand I was too afraid to eat or drink anything from there so I asked for a refund and went to cracker barrel. Don't waste yourtime just go to cracker barrel to start with. This is my third time visiting this establishment. We arrive it has two tables occupied. There appears to be only one waitress... and one cook. The waitress was super nice and was doing the best she could. The cook was very nice and helped the waitress asmuch as he could. Sadly I have been sitting here for at least 45 minutes and have only gotten my drink. I assume workers are notwilling to work or show and the ones who are willing are very slim. Very appreciative of the ones who did come to work tonight.Wishing them all the luck in the future. But if you want to visit be prepared to wait quite a while. Read more
The service here was absolutely horrible. When we were approached by the hostess ready to seat us there were several servers... standing around loudly stating they didn't want us seated in their area(there was only 3 of us) We should have just walked outthen, but we stayed anyway. We sat for about 15 mins before the hostess came and got our drinks and about 10 mins later thewaitress came. When the food came out, we had NO silverware to eat with(which took another 10 mins to get from the hostess),they forgot things ordered, the waitress was not attentive at all.. she was standing talking to customers (which I'm assumingwere friends or family) for a good 15 mins that I didn't get a chance to tell her about the forgotten items or ask for refillsuntil we were already done eating and she was walking the check over to us. I told her to just remove the forgotten items fromthe check. There were waitresses standing around doing nothing while almost all the tables were sitting with dirty dishes onthem. There was only 2 other tables that had people at them and yet it took 40 minutes to get our food. Then the salad had brown... rotten lettuce in it. Strawberries on the French toast were frozen not fresh..Mac and cheese was like a generic brand you get atthe store......The only good thing was our server she tried to help and got what ever we needed...The bacon was so crispy itbroke apart and the toast was hard but the eggs were good and fluffy.. Their kitchen got behind and the wait was a little long, but we'll worth it. Once we got inside the staff was friendly and food... was fresh, quick and well worth the wait. 11/10 Read more
The big steak omelet I ordered was so good that my friend's daughter, ended up getting half. We really enjoyed the great... tasting food, served hot and made exactly to order. The long wait was worth it. With an 8 hour trip ahead of us, we are filledup and ready to go. Thanks ihop. Read more
