Sadly, it's a toss up at this location if you get the food you ordered or something completely different. 5 out of 10 times my... SIMPLE one person order has been wrong. Why go back? It's literally 5 minutes from my home and I ways say to myself...they can'tkeep doing this can they? ???? Read more
Great service. Very clean restaurant. Food was done fast and even brought out to our table (that doesn't happen where I'm from)... I was visiting with some family while eating and they did not rush us out. Will definitely go back. Read more
This location is absolutely degrading to its workers and staff. I over heard a ?manager? yelling at another employee asking... ?what?s wrong!?! You can go home !!! The whole time the employee she was belittling said nothing. If it were me I wouldn?t wantto be there either. Totally unethical and disrespectful. Russ needs to get rid of all the higher up managers, they are the rootof all issues that occur. Read more
3 stars due to an issue with placing and getting our order but 5 stars for them correcting the issue. We were out running... errands in Lumberton today and we stopped by around 1040 and placed a order for a couple chicken deluxe sandwiches and aMcDouble. Well once at the window the lady tells us to pull up , didn't actually specify where. After waiting like 15 mins forour order we go inside to ask about it. I believe a guest service rep tells us they were looking for us yet no one came to thecar ? ??????????? Anywho I just said okay it's no issue we just like to get our food and be on our way. Well I get the drinksand realize it's watery ... So I pour them out and remake them. The lady apologized and helped me. I told her it isn't a bigissue it happens ... I get to the car and hand the kiddo food then realize the fries are cold .. so I reluctantly head backinside to get the fresh fries. Ultimately it was a simple miscommunication error since we didn't get our food as it was made. The lady was very nice and apologetic as was the crew trainer . Just make sure if you're getting pulled up for an order thatthey have your food lol or they can find you cos I wasted about 20 mins when I could have went somewhere else and paid a bitmore for lunch. . Again it was a big miscommunication issue which could've been avoided but the issue was corrected and we gotour food. Next time I'll most likely order inside just to be on the safe side . Read more
A fine McDonalds with food that was as good as any other. Our order was minorly messed up, but they fixed the problem... immediately. We stopped here specifically for the play place which my kids love. 1 of their interactive kids play screens wasbroken which was a bummer. Overall the McDonalds was clean and a good spot to stop for lunch. Read more
Ordered our food at 1:00 for dine in. We didn?t get our chocolate shake with the order. Asked the lady bringing us the food. We... still didn?t get it. Asked another employee passing by. Still no shake. Went up to the counter. Asked again. ?It?s coming?Waited 5 more minutes. Asked again. Girl goes to the back and calls out for a shake. I?m STILL waiting. Finally, after askingfor a refund and a manager the shake magically appears. ?Do you still want a refund?? What time did we get the shake? 1:30. Noexcuse why I should ask 5 times and wait 30 minutes for something so simple. Read more
This is the first time I have given a McDonald's 5 stars. The employees were cheerful and helpful. The food was the freshest and... hot. I will go out of my way when traveling to visit again. Read more
