This place is a dump needs to be torn down I will never eat here ever again. I should have stopped a long time ago the signs... where there!! The staff horrible this place is nasty I pray to God nothing happens to anyone eating here. I brought the rest ofmy salad home when I went to finish it up guess what I found an open rusted safety pin yes omg horrible it was so disgusting Icouldn't eat for days. Since then Ill been eating from home omg everything I try to eat something all I can see is that nastything I thank God I did not put that thing in my mouth omg the damage it would have done. It's been almost a week and I'm stillon pins and needles about this act of negligence. I contacted the regional managers never did the lady Lori which sounds likeshe cared what happened and the guy Jason was very unprofessional about the situation when I called and called left messagesthen not to return my call but text what has these people in the world come to!! These big restaurants just don't know how thesepeople are ruining there business. Take it from me stay away from this place God knows what's going on in the back we don't see.My stomach is still turnt by this!! Yes I'm letting everyone know. Stopped here for lunch today. As someone previously mentioned. It?s very outdated. The floors were all sticky and the mens... bathroom was an utter disaster. Garbage was over flowing, no soap and the toilets were filthy. I know people are pigs butsomeone really needs to make sure they are clean every 1/2 hour or so. We got the Ultimate Chicken sandwich and the broccoliand cheddar penne pasta with chicken. It was decent but definitely no wow factor as I didn?t expect much. We also had MangoMargarita?s. $12 for ?top shelf? or so say they say we?re a bit over priced. Especially since most of the glass was ice. Ifigured things would be much cheaper in NC than NJ but nope, drinks are cheaper and better up north. They were pretty goodthough I will credit them with that. Overall, it?s just your run down cooperate chain. If I lived in the area, I would eatthere again. Our waitress, Phyllis if I can remember was great and on her game. Stopped in for an early dinner in the middle of the week. Our server was attentive without being bothersome and our food was... hot and delicious. I even ate the leftovers cold, and they were still good. The only reason I can't give it five starts isbecause of the multiple flies in the dining room. Because of the food, I would still recommend eating here. Read more

Enjoyed the friendly service and good food at Ruby Tuesday's. Our server was quick to attend to us and absolutely took great... care of us. If it was delicious. Salad bar was excellent as always, to bad they're missing the bacon bits. The place was cleanand everyone was covered compliant. Read more
I called Sunday to place a order. The young lady at the front desk with glasses answered the phone. I said I wanna place a order... she told me to hold. 10 minutes later nobody got on the phone. So I decided to go by there. It was maybe 4 cars in the parkinglot so they wasn?t busy. The lady at the front desk is VERY RUDE and just stand there with a attitude. I asked for a menu shejust stood there and stared at me. The waitress was not friendly at all. They act like they didnt wanna be there. When I satdown to order carry out, they left and went in the back. I asked another lady is someone gonna take my order I should?ve leftthen but I didn?t.
