We saw a lot of staff behind the counter. The place was very filthy. You can smell the aroma of combinations of wet rag,... spoiled milk when we open the door to go inside. I used the restroom and the trash is overflowing with used tampons and it wasjust disgusting. I hope the health department comes and checks this place out. My husband and I have been avid Starbucks customers for past 20 years. Service has always been great. However, just now I was... spoken down on by a young lady. She doubled my cup of Coffee. It would have been ok but the lid did not fit properly. She yelledat me and said ?I did that so the coffee would not spell? I said I understand but could you separate it because I cannot. Ispit it trying. I then ask her again ?could you please just take the second cup off? She got really up set because at that pointshe picked up her cell phone and started to text. She then shouts to the coworkers and ask if she had to do it. This was veryupsetting. If she is this impatient she doesn?t need to be on the front line. Disgusting, not one of our drinks tasted good at all. We all 3 literally threw them away after only a couple of sips. The... inside is not clean. It is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. They have more Pride decor inside than a Pride Parade. They had more pride decor and really should have more menus displaying what they offer. They need to clean also. It wasgross. My 8 yr old and 14yr old even pointed out how gross it was inside and in the restrooms. So that should tell you. Read more
It?s Starbucks you are paying for good customer service. I love that they give you alternatives and seem to want you to walkway... 100% satisfied. This particular location has amazing customer service, the bathroom was super super clean and the staff wentabove and beyond to ensure my family had everything we came in for. Read more
Its understandable to be short staffed and close early, but your public hours should reflect it. Two days in a row I've gone... after work at 6pm and they're closed. I wouldn't have wasted my gas and time to go if I had known. I'm not shaming the staff,this is a business issue. Update your hours please! Staff is always awesome. Read more
We stopped in on our way to Florida. First stop of the morning and having clean bathrooms is always a plus! We had our coffee... and breakfast sandwiches, and a cheese Danish. Everything was yummy. They accidentally made two extra coffees which made myhusban and father in law happy. This place is clean. Girls are friendly. Read more

Ordered four drinks online. Went in to pick them up and was notified that three of the four drinks did not have the necessary... ingredients on hand. Two of the drinks were dragon fruit there was no dragon fruit inclusions available so they offered to putstrawberry in in its place, not what we were looking for. Also ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cream, and was told they didnot have nitro but I could still get cold brew. I was disappointed because it is never as Good when there's no nitro. It wouldbe nice if the stores would tell you that the stuff is not available when you order it rather than take the order and thendisappoint you when you show up, and then still charge you the same amount that they always charge you $6 for a drink and youdon't even get what you want... it's a rip off Read more
