We waited 40-45 minutes for our food, we ordered appetizers and received them with our entree, bacon and cheese fries hardly had... any cheese on it, my burger bun was hard as a rock, my buddy ordered a skillet with chicken and potatoes and it had a hair init. First of all we had to wait longer because they don't want to sit more than 6 people to a group. We had 8. It was not busy at... all. Almost all of our food was sent back due to not beening right (steaks) wrong. Mac and cheese was nasty mushy with noflavor. Chili beans was nasty tastes like ketchup with beans. Backed potato was not baked enough. One of the medium steaks wasstill alive, It was sent back to the kitchen they put it back on the grill the same steak that somebody had already eaten offof. put it back on the grill to finish cooking it. That is a big no no. Our server was very helpful and took good care of us. Hehas no control over what the cooks did. Which was mess up everyone's food. The ONLY reason I am giving a 2 on service is becausethe waiter worked very hard to please my crowd. The ladies restroom. The ceiling has had previous water damage. Which had beenrepaired and is falling down again with nasty water spots. The best thing about this place was the rolls. They didn't have tomuch more going for them. I will not be going back. Bartender was absent for the first 10-15 minutes, we almost left and should have. Service was not good, steak was half fat, no... rolls, ordered a drink and 15 minutes later- still no drink, never got it. Computer malfunctioned and it took probably another10-15 for bartender to go to another computer to print our ticket. Dirty bar, dirty bathrooms...won't go back! Read more

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD!!!!! first we were told a 30 min wait - that turned into a hour. The waitress wanted... to charge my 10 year old for a drink and told me kids were for 8 and under. Um no ma?am. It?s for 12 and under. We ordered aappetizer. NEVER GOT IT. The waitress filled my kids cups up with just drink on their refill . They had no ice. She said shewould bring them ice. Never brought it. When they put my husbands plate on the table his food went flying off his plate onto thetable. We asked for more gravy, some ranch for my kids chicken and ketchup. Also butter and sour cream for our bakedpotatoes. Never got the ketchup or gravy. The waitress said she would have the appetizer taken off . When she bought the check.They only took off 10$ of the 12.99? The icing to the cake was when I noticed after my kid ate ALMOST ALL of his cheeseburgerthat they fed him a RAW BURGER. The staff are clearly doing their best, being heavily short-staffed. They were all friendly and polite. Our service was quick,... our food was delicious, and the entire team seemed to be doing everything they could to keep the guests happy. If we lived inthe area, I guarantee we would be regulars! Waited 45 min for 2 bowls of potato soup. Comes out was cream of potato. Not 1 potato in it. They told us that's the way it is.... Used to have the best. Ask for a manager said she running errands. Few minutes later a young man came and spoke with us aboutit. Not sure he was a manager. Still had pay for the 2 cokes. It's OK though won't spend another dime there. Where do I start....well they have good bread. This was one of my worst dinning experiences that I can remember. With most of... these stakehouse style restaurants there may be some wait time before you are seated, which is okay to me. However, to have towait 15-20 minutes to be seated, then a additional 15-20 minutes before you food is brought out. Just to be completely let downby poor quality and taste of your food. I ordered a Philly stake and cheese snack and my wife ordered....well see picbelow. Both were horrible, tasted awful. I would not recommend this place AT ALL. Read more
