Love this place and food just wish it was a little faster but can't complain on something so good. It's worth the wait.

So I just left Zaxby?s and my food was horrible! Ordered a 5 finger chicken finger plate no slaw extra fries and was given the... equivalent of 4 fingers as nuggets and barely any fries and no zax sauce! Why would u feed someone something you yourself wouldnot b happy with?!?!? I worked as a shift leader for Zaxbys for 3 yrs and this is unacceptable! Read more

Waited 30 minutes to get my order in Drive Thru. The lady gave me the wrong drinks & the wrong food. The cashier was playing... around with her boyfriend while working & had a real funky attitude! I wouldn't advise going to that establishment unless youlike being treated less than a customer, more like a piece of trash!! Read more

First time going to zaxbys and I was excited until I went to order food . The girl on the mic said "order when ready " not bad... but when I was ready she never replied . Instead she left her mic on and said "my nose keeps bleeding " and ignored everything Iwas saying . I knew she heard me speaking to her so this was just embarrassing for an this store. I don't get how someone comesinto work and acts like that . I never got her name but if I did I would gladly expose her for this . Just do better ! I droveaway because of this , decided not to order. The waiting time is beyond ridiculous. It's always a waiting time of 20 minutes to an hour even if it's only 2 cars ahead of you... or barely anyone inside. I don't know what the deal is from bad management not caring or what but it's been horrible for yearsnow. You can't even call this Zaxby's establishment fast food. Read more

It will be a long time before I go back there. If I really want Zaxby's then I will make the drive to Fayetteville NC to get... it. 3 ppl order back to back & I was the third, 1. Got their order in 7 mins. The lady in front of me ordered the same thing Idid, chicken fingers plate. She got here order 20 mins and I waited another 5 mins and they started calling out ppl who was notyet in there when I placed my order but came them afterwards and order & got their food before me. I walked up & ask them wherewas my food, it was sitting on the back counter and it was ready when the lady in front of me was called. So I got my food 25mins after I order.
