Every time I place an order it isn?t even in the oven when it is supposed to be ready. They are always behind. When I walk in... the older lady is always sitting in a chair behind the counter which in my opinion is unprofessional. I?ve worked in customerservice for longer than 10 years. She?s rude to me and always looks at me like I?m stupid when I ask her details on my orderthat I placed. They need some new people who actually want to work there. Read more
Writing this not out of spite for the restaurant chain, I actually quite like Little Ceasars, however I would absolutely not... recommend this particular location. My friend ordered a pizza and some crazy bread, both of us were extremely sick to ourstomach about an hour later and I was up all night, painfully vomiting several times. Read more
Useless. Every time you go in, it's at least an hour wait. Today, I put in an order through the app for a party. I placed the... order at 645AM since I knew they take forever and set it to pick up at 615P. Got there just before 615P and was told my orderhadn't even been started yet and there was a 1.5 hr wait. Got a refund and went to Domino's, where they actually cook the pizzaall the way through. Domino's will have it ready in 20 minutes. Sure, I paid more, but well worth it. The pizza is fine but for at least the past year they do not have any pre-made pizzas. They only cook orders so if you walk in... no matter what you want (even a ?hot and ready?) you will wait 20-30 minutes. That?s not the Little Caesar?s we all know andlove. Read more
I tried calling my order in no answer. 9pm. Drive up there and there's not even a hot and ready pizza available he tells me they... don't even have any in the oven. So I asked to place order. the pizza is fine. they never have any readymade pizza ready and a couple months ago. i walked in almost tripped over a chair... they had holding the door open. and there was once person working and one setting on the table that they put the pizza in thebox sleeping. and others out back i guess on a break. and when i said something the sleeping guy started yelling at the only oneworking.
