It's OK I don't know seems like something changed it used to be a lot better seems like. I don't know if it's under the same... ownership or it's been bought out and the recipes a little different. I love Popeyes but tonight I was very disappointed that when we walked in the lady manager was yelling at the employees like... they were stupid! Yes they made mistakes but but respectful! From the time we walked in and stoop there waiting to order nobodyspoke to us so we waited longer and walked out still with nobody to us it?s said that it was the manager at the front whoshould have said hi, please wait or no please don?t leave!!! Terrible service!!! They completely forgot to even make my order, and even deleted it off the screen as if it had already been... completed. My mom?s order was completely wrong. I had to keep going back until they got it right. Definitely would not recommendthis Popeyes to anyone. Read more
Horrible experience with Katrina the manager after trying to explain that I received the wrong order. As a manger you should be... completely understanding and willing to make things right instead she gave me a attitude as if I was bothering her by asking forit to be fixed. Customer service is not what it used to be and this location has lost my business until they can train therestaff properly on how to deal with situations like this and how to treat there customers. Chicken was not hot and it was dry. Apparently it had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. Family size Cajun Rice... container was only half full. The meal really sucked. Never before have I been this disappointed in Popeyes except when theydiscontinued the Cajun Rice and it's not the same as before it was discontinued. Not going back to Popeyes. Got two classic chicken sandwiches. One was tender one was rubber like. This is the second time this has happened. Nov 23 2021,... got the $10.00 5 piece mixed and paid 50 cents extra to get mac and cheese as side. Why 50 cents extra you might ask? Well uponarriving home we took the mac and cheese lid off, there couldn't have been more than half a container full. Dang for 50 centsthis is all I get?
