Service was very slow and they waited until we already had our sandwiches made to tell us their card machine was down. It... happened to everyone coming in. They wouldn?t tell them before they had their food prepared. I had to go to a nearby atm and getcash. I understand issues arise but they could have informed us when we entered. The *No Bready Bowls* or *Protein Bowls* are perfect to fill you up while sticking to the low carb keto diet. I'm down 32lbs and... still going strong. At this rate I'll be 250lbs by May or June and I haven't been that good of a weight in 20 years. All in alla great experience with food quality and very friendly staff. Read more
Not usually one to leave bad reviews, or reviews at all, but the service I got tonight was baffling. My friend and I went in to... get a sandwich because subway is usually a safe place to get food. First thing I noticed was the mayonnaise on the tomatoes forwhatever reason. After my friend got her sandwich, the workers gloves had spicy Chipotle sauce on them and then she made mysandwich without changing gloves. I got a veggie delight, no cheese, meat, or sauce, and she didn't think to change her glovesat that point. Got the steak and cheese melt. It was placed into a paper bag. Makes the sandwich taste like burnt paper. Also, got the turkey, ... bacon, avocado, not bad but wasn't wrapped tight enough. Fell apart just getting it outta paper wrap so I could eat it. Read more
Day before thanksgiving i called in to order to pick up. Was told their debit card machine was down and would have to pay cash... or use their app. So i downloaded the app and ordered and submitted payment. Got a message saying order was voided. I looked atmy bank account and was charged 10.70! Called the store and was told it will correct but it never did. What a rip off. And wasteof time! Read more
We eat here all the time, the same order. I?ve never been charged for shredded mozzarella on my daughter?s meatball subs. The... worker did NOT tell me that they only had whole mozzarella and did NOT tell me it costed $2 more per sandwich! I had a couponfor 3 foot long subs for $17.99 and I got a soup. It was a total of $26.61! When I told her I didn?t know about the cheesecosting that she just laughed. I?m not eating there again. I feel like I got ripped off.
