9 out of 10 times the employees here are absolutely RUDE. Worst customer service around. I've worked in restaurants for years,... so I know how it's supposed to be. Every. Single. Time. We come to this place we are disappointed. Don't ask for anythingextra... They will roll their eyes and not give you extra anyways. There's 3 subways in lumberton. I feel the only thing consistent about this Subway is the wrong order that I get almost every time when I order through the app.... The store manager is very kind, and always willing to fix issues that you've have at this location. It would great if a few ofthe employees were a more professional, but this location is across from the high school, so they get allot of school traffic,in every sense of the phrase. Read more
