We eat here often. Lately, the food hasn't been up to par. They struggle with making sandwiches the way they were ordered. The... wait time isn't bad. This particular day, the girl working drive thru was having a rough time, period. She huffed and puffedover the mic as I tried to ask some questions about certain burgers. When I got to the window, she was taking someone else'sorder. I watched her turn off her headset and she said "Oh my God, pick something ". Referring to whoever was at the box. Iwatched her throw a whole fit right there in the drive thru window. The manager came to ask one more time how we wanted ourburgers made. We said mayo on both, no pickles on one. Once we got our food, there was no pickles on both and no mayo on either.I just took them as they were bc we were headed to Beaumont to a drs appt. When the manager handed me our food I said to her totell the younger girl that I hope her day gets better. The manager rolled her eyes. Pretty sure a lot of people got theimpatient girl who'd rather have been anywhere else. I doubt anything changes. Read more

Be ready to wait 20+ minutes for them to take your order in the drive through and another 5 to 10 minutes to get your food. Not... worth it. Read more

This Wendy?s location is great! I went with my son for dinner a while back and not only did we get great food, but my son wanted... a particular toy with his kids meal. The sweet people working behind the counter, scoured through the entire restaurant untilthey found the specific toy in the back, this made an 8 year olds day!!. So grateful for this extra effort as it would have beenvery easy to just turned him down. Also, Debbie is wonderful who is usually working the drive-through great staff! Read more

Went last night for the first time to pick up food for my father in law. A number 1, medium. That was it. There was only 1 other... car in front of us. They asked me to park in the mobile spot and they were going to run my food out. I waited almost 20 minutesand went Inside. They asked if I was waiting on a mobile order, I reminded them that I had come through the drive through andwas still waiting. They apologized and said they were just making fresh fries. And they would run it right out. Another 7minutes later the kid ran the food out and told us they upgraded the meal to a large. They did not. And the food was still cold.Really frustrating experience for what should have been a very simple order and a very simple fix. Won?t be going back. Read more

So we just ordered through the app, two baconator meals. We get to the speaker and they pull the order up and then they tell us... they're out of meat. Mind you we've already been charged. Then they proceed to process the order as if we picked it up. So nowwe're out thirty bucks. Then they proceed to tell us that there is nothing they can do about it. Then after she sees were upsetshe offered to go print out the receipt, come to find out she deleted one of the meals off the order so now there's only onemeal on the printed receipt. She then told us that they weren't out of meat they had just cleaned the grill and couldn't cookanymore. I PLACED THE ORDER AT 9:30 AND THEY DO NOT CLOSE TILL 11. These employees need to be trained to handle thesesituations. Thanks for taking my $30 wendys. I will never go to wendys again. Read more
