On Saturday, August 13th a group of us gathered & decided to order Chicken Express! Always a good choice! We had a huge order &... unfortunately not all of it made it in our bags/possession. So once we got organized & realized we called & they said if wecould just come back they'd correct it. Boy, let me tell ya...the manager on duty was an extremely professional ???? young man.He completely fixed our order & we learned a huge bus of kidos came in right behind us & a cook walked out on him. Even afterall that frustration he remained calm, cool & collected. It's great to see young'n give a darn in this lost world. I wish him abright future! Keep ur head up Dude you gonna make it!!! Being that it was only 30 minutes before closing I have to say the food and service was amazing. I was waited on at the drive... through by Josh and I only came back again because everything was so good the night before. Josh waited on me the night beforealso. My . Anyway Josh was very polite and helpful and I was pleasantly surprised to get such excellent service and food 30minutes before closing but I did. I should have took pictures but I guess I was too hungry but I will next time. I dont know ifJosh was the manager but if not I hope the company realizes what a great asset he is to the company and can hopefully see he isdefinitely management material.
