Horrible....wait times are long...15min with 1 person ahead of us....vernon 27th st the best timmies....Lumby is just not... prepared with service for more then 1 customer ....wanted to support the local workers .. No words can describe the level of disappointment that flows from this location. Im sitting here outside on a thursday afternoon... (4:31 to be exact) ant the guy behind the door is saying sorry we are closed..... We just drove 30 min to get here... Yesterdayno ice caps.. Pulling doughnuts and tim bits out of a big rubbermaid tub looks great to the customers. I was hoping after beinggone for two years that they would of improved but apparently thats far from the case. This is one of the worst Tim?s I?ve ever had the displeasure of going to. At first i thought new employees there is a bit of a... learning curve, but the last 5 times I?ve ordered they've managed to screw it up EVERY SINGLE TIME! Their drive thru is ajoke, even to get coffee it takes at least 20 minuets, for two bloody coffees!! In general a terrible experience, would notrecommend, totally worth the drive to Vernon to get decent Timmy?s! Read more
Drive through closed, store lobby closed as usual again and had been for months!! Seems like they only have 1.5 employees and... can never manage having more then 1 thing going on. Drive through lane is super small so if your driving anything more than atruck forget it. Inventory is terrible being out of most things on the board almost always. I have given this place manyopportunities and at different times, totally disappointed. Read more
