Don't get me wrong, great food, but that means nothing when you can't get it. Apparently no delivery any more. --modifying my... review, the establishment clarified that this is a Sunday only thing, and I do understand and appreciate family and religiousreasons. The food here is great, it surprised me to not be able to have delivery, but I do understand. Read more

J3 serves some of the best pizza you will have anywhere, no exaggeration! Crust is incredible - topping, sauce and cheese so... well done. If you are in Lunenburg you must stop in for a meal! The seating is modest, but has a fabulous view of the water. Super friendly staff! ???? Read more

Loved lunenburg but did not love this hole in the wall. the Scallop pizza was pooled in grease underneath making it quite soggy... and the fish and chips were terrible, way more batter than fish. Not a good one either. The donair egg rolls tasted like theywere a day or two old and didn?t have much filling. On top of a lousy meal, Our group of five was nearly overcharged $30 whenit was rung in at the til. when I asked for a receipt to review before paying by card, the woman played dumb and said ?oh oh?and rang everything in again it. Not cool! I don?t believe it was an honest mistake? Upon asking to see the receipt, shewithheld it but I did see several ?bottle service fees? on the receipt she tried to have me pay?none of us ordered a bottleddrink! Not worth the money, bad feelings or gut rot. Zero stars if I could. Read more

I rarely write reviews but this is the worst place I've ever been to. They're "gluten free" pizza is it gluten free. Yes, the... crust is but it's so cross-contaminated my spouse who has Celicas is now very sick. She was sure to mention that she did have asevere gluten intolerance but apparently that doesn't mean anything to this place. The woman at the counter is exceptionallyunpleasant, argumentative and resolves issues by yelling. Perhaps it's a language barrier but that's not how you do things. Theprices are insane, $50+ (including tip, which they didnt deserve) for a 12" pizza and a 9" pizza and 2 pepsi is insane. Yes,that's our fault for failing to understand the pricing on the jumble of the menu but still. The party of 4 with us paid $70-ishtotal for 2 pizzas and 2 donairs and drinks. I will say the pizza is good and the view off the patio is very nice but the restif the place is leaves a lot to be desired. Read more

Excellent food and customer service! After a long bicycle ride with my daughter and son on the Rum Runners Trail from Halifax... arriving at our Motel in Lunenburg at 9 pm we had to look for a place still open to order food. Very tired and hungry we wereworried this might not be possible. We called J3 Pizza and placed our large order of food to satisfy each of our foodpreferences and appetites. It was around 935pm when we finalized our order and J3 Pizza was closing at 10pm! At first John(owner) said we would have to pick up but because they were cliding soon, when I explained we just cycled in from Halifax hequickly said he would make it happen! We were happy to hear this because we were in no shape to walk there and back after thelong ride and in the heat at that. The pizzas, doairs and greek salad were delivered by 1005pm and John personally delivered itto us. We were greeted by a very friendly and understanding man. John said he made our pizza with the works extra special. During the payment process John took the time and had a nice conversation. Also, on top of the amazing customer service, exceeding expectations, the food was amazing...the best pizza and donairs we have had. Out of the 2 pizzas, donairs and Salad, only three slices remained. This left over was equally delicious and served us well during a break on our return trip back toHalifax the next day. We recommend J3 Pizza during your visit to Lunenburg; they have a broad menu...not just pizza (salads, etc). We will return in future visits. Read more

Visited Lunenburg with the family for the holidays. When we went in, the lady at the front was not friendly. She frowned when... our group with kids tried to choose what to order. We ordered it to go due to restrictions at that time. We ordered donair pizzaas donair is one of my favorites for pizza. The flavor was lacking. It does not even taste donair at all. The fish and chips wasnot good either. Tried to use their washroom, it was not even clean. Overall, we will not come back and will not recommend thisplace at all. Read more

Only ordered fries, but they were quite good. Guy working there (owner maybe) was very eager to serve his customers. Nice place... for a pizza shop because it's licensed to serve alcohol & has some tables on a deck in back that overlooks lunenburg harbour. Read more
