This Dunkin is consistently awful. Twice I?ve ordered bagel sandwiches and they were either so burnt that they were hard, or... they seemed microwaved and were chewy. On my last visit I had placed a mobile order and expected it would be ready when I gotthere 20 minutes later. I stood at the mobile pickup for 5 minutes before someone noticed and told me my food was actuallybehind the counter, getting cold. Read more

Sign said open at 8am but the doors were closed. Employees didn?t bother to help and I went around to the drive through. I asked... for a lightly toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, and I received a charred and inedible brick. 5$ Read more

Can't tell if the staff is oblivious or just really laid back. Came for the wifi but also wanted to order, but the staff was... chatting with other customers so I couldn't place my order. Tried again after my mtg like an hour later and still had to wait,but that was a customer's fault, not theirs. I guess it could also be really good that they take such an interest in theirregulars, but I'm a visitor from the city. I just kinda want my stuff asap. Read more
