We are there three weeks ago got a burger nasty, bun had burnt taste meat was barely warm. Went today bathrooms were filthy,... hadn't been cleaned I. A while. Even the dinning room and the food areas was dirty. Worst hardie's I've ever been in. Managersnot doing a very good job. I still can't believe how nasty it was!. Won't eat there. Suggest noone else does either . Yourequested more info to help get to the problem.....really! From my review and others it sounds very clear what's wrong and itshould be shut down until it can be thoroughly cleaned and new staffing including manager. People keep telling you the problemand the owner!?? Doesn't care. This has gone on to long! Health department needs to be called in.!! And close it . Read more
The staff was absolutely amazing but the food was terrible. I had never eaten at a Hardee's before so maybe it was an off night... but still was a waste of money that ended up making me sick. Read more
Sunday morning 10:35am get in drive thru line. 10:47 got to speaker to order. Ordered breakfast items with no problem. 11:03... finally get to window only to be told they're not doing breakfast anymore. Half an hour in line only to not be able to get ourorder. No apologies or anything. So we wasted all that time in line and left empty handed and with low blood sugar. Walking into the restaurant was a real turn off. If my granddaughter wasn't with me I would have walked out. It smelled like a... dirty pail of water. The bathroom was beyond disgusting! Ordered our food and waiting a pretty long time to get cold dried upchicken strips and sides. Not to mention we had to clean our own table. Every table in here was dirty. Very Unsatisfiedcustomer. Poor people that work here can't get a order right for nothing. Asked for a number 1 combo, her reply was do you want that as a... combo? Then we asked for a biscuit and gravy combo, her reply do you want that as a combo meal? We asked for ketchup, didn'tget it had to go back up there. Asked for sweet tea and instead got spoiled tea that was dam near vinegar. But hey fast foodworkers deserve 15 an hour right...? Read more
This particular franchise used to be pretty good but after this last experience I have to say, It wasn't the best. Had to wait... 30 minutes for chicken tenders after being told it would be 5 to 10 minutes.. I understand they are understaffed but they shouldbe a little better prepared for the lunch crowd and the quality left a bit to be desired as well.... Read more
Used to love Hardee's but quality between locations had really become hit or miss both on service and food. I don't think it's... staff fault but more like poor corporate training. The good value is kinda gone. Happy hour $1.50 sliders gone. $5 dollar boxwith 2 entrees, fries, and cookie gone. Food I suspect is smaller now too. I know we're in a recession but Hardee's feels likeit's pulled back the most next to taco bell. It used to be a great value with decent food but lately it feels like every aspecthas been downgraded and nothing exists anymore that makes it stand out. I used to love Hardee's having it 1-2 times a week butnow I only eat there 1-2 times a year and remember why I stopped. I do love their apple pies still. Read more
