they put nothing except jus fried chicken in my mchicken without pickles
This was the worst experience I've ever had at any mcDonalds. I work at a McDonalds in Hamburg, Penneylvania and this was truly... a nightmare of a place. No soda in the machine, no ice, a bug cane out of the fountain drinks, never received any of our fries,order wasn't correct at all. The managers werent even considerate of me asking them and letting them know something was wrong. Iwas nice in the beginning but after seeing how they were I changed hoping that would make the food correctly this time. Therewas food and stains all over the floor too, looks like it was never swept nor mopped. Nothing was clean. Table orders weren'teven taken out to us and they never even called the numbers of the orders. I'd rather go out out of my way to get anywhere elsebut here. Read more
The burgers were cold, and all of the soda in the machine was out but 2 kinds. The fries were decent though. Asked for ketchup... for the fries when we ordered and never received any and no ketchup dispensers to get any from. Read more
Stop for morning breakfast sandwich busy as all get out staff working hard right food was the usual. Reliable breakfast stop.... Thank God for steak egg and cheese bagels . They should rename the offers on their app bait and switch they never work Read more
Went thru drive theu this morning to place order. We ordered 2 breakfast meals with drinks, got home and no hashbrowns. Not... worth driving back out there for them, but sad to pay for something that you don?t get. Last weekens they forgot the sauces werequested for chicken nuggests. Not sure if this restaurant is under new management, but the last few weeks of service and foodhas been awful and when you live in a town with few fast food options, it?s sad you just have to settle for what you get. While this wasn?t our first choice of places to eat it wasn?t our last choice either. We ordered at the kiosk which was quick... and easy. But the machine didn?t print a receipt for us to be able to verify the order was correct or have an order number. Theyforgot our spicy chicken nuggets and we had to remind them about it. But overall it was a decent experience. If you needsomething fast or want to go somewhere you know exactly what you?re going to get, this is the place to go. Read more
January 19th 2021 went to Luray McDonald's about 9:45 p.m. and all I can say is is completely disgusting.. The double quarter... pounder literally had grease dripping off it and my bun is soggy and grease logged. The nuggets we got looked like they were 3or 4 hours old hard as a rock and the French fries were old, cold and disgusting! ???? Read more
Pretty standard McDonald's. Conveniently located near luray. Caverns. Has a double drive through, and a nice outdoor seating... area. Staff was friendly and very courteous. Read more
