Very happy hungry customer! I asked for a cheese suggestion on my tuna melt. I do not know if she was a manager. She was running... the registry. Her suggestion was fantastic!!! I ordered online here on 7-8-2022. They took the money out of my account, and when I went in they said that they didn?t have any... online order. Before I even asked anything one of the workers was throwing her hands up mumbling things. SHORTY has absolutely no business working customer service anywhere. I approached the register and she asked me what I wanted,... I said a sandwich and she said, ?Well stand down there then!?, pointing to the other end of the counter. I was taken back bythis attitude and very relieved when another associate approached to take my order. I told the other associate I wanted theall-american club as she was opening the station and Shorty interrupted me saying, ?Wait till shes ready to tell her? and atthis point I knew I did not want to hear anymore from Shorty but I kept my mouth shut and politely ordered from the otherassociate. When my sandwich was done in the toaster Shorty grabs it out hastily, TELLS ME what veggies come on it and when Istarted requesting the veggies I wanted Shorty interrupted me AGAIN, this time very rudely saying ?NO, you don?t tell ME whatcomes on it? at this point I had enough and told her forget it, I don?t want it then followed by some words about her totallyunnecessary attitude. The associates failed to provide me with a store number to file a complaint. This all happened 06/29/22around 11:30 am. I find it very convenient that ?Shorty? fails to provide her actual name, something tells me this isn?t herfirst time being miserable and unnecessarily rude to customers at work. Employees are extremely rude. Stopped in for lunch and ordered a sandwich with no mayo. The employee behind the counter... proceeded to put mayo on my sandwich before I could stop her. I managed to stop her after she already added some to my sandwichand she didn?t offer to make me a new sandwich, apologize, scrape it off, or even respond. Very poor customer service. Read more
Picked up a mobile order, very clean store! 2 sweet girls were working the line, and the wrap was very yummy :)
Worker came in and clocked in, then proceeded to begin checking me out (someone had already made my sub) and wiped her nose with... her hand and proceeded to use the register, then wipe her nose again. Then reached over and began wrapping my other sandwich(with NO gloves OR WASHING her hands.) so I went to the back of the line and asked her to remake it after the line had wentdown. The younger kid (kayla?) was super nice and the older woman questioned as to why I NEEDED it redone, as if that wasn?t agood enough reason???? And the older woman continued with an attitude as well as the one that had wiped her nose and still yetto put gloves on. S/o to the customer who decided to get an attitude and run her mouth causing a scene and not knowing what wasgoing on. And the older woman feeding into the customer complaining and proceeding to toss my remade sub onto the counter androll her eyes. Read more
Just had a BMT yesterday for lunch. We decided to visit the Shenandoah National Park and have a little picnic with our grandson.... The sub was delicious and the views were majestically fantastic! God certainly knew what he was doing when he gave us theShenandoah Valley to live in! Read more
