Our driver tonight was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond customer service. She accidentally forgot our sprite so she... went back to the store, asked my daughter if she wanted a special treat when she got back. She waited for a new batch of chickento be made, and brought our daughter some gummies and cheetos. She was beyond patient and even thanked us for being patient.It?s not often times these days that you see people go above and beyond their job title. Read more
I just recently became a fan of Domino?s again. I got burnt out on it. I think it all started in the 10th grade. But that?s a... whole different story. Anyhow, I have a wife that gets obsessed with things so I?ve probably ordered Domino?s like 3 times thisweek. Well tonight I take her pizza home and I dropped it. Right in front of her. The look of hurt and disappointment in hereyes. It was awful. So I order another pizza, pay and go pick it up. I tell Becky the employee what happened and I don?t knowfor sure, but I think she refunded me because I only see one charge from Domino?s tonight and I paid twice. Haven't received our order yet. Expecting run-of-the-mill pizza. The problem exists in the order process. Receiving and... preparing the order progresses at an acceptable rate. Then the pie is removed from the oven and it sits in Pizza Purgatory for15-20 minutes. Dean! get your act together! Read more
02/06/22: Thank you Domino's. It was cooked to perfection on all the items. It was also EXTREMELY amazing by the "new"... dipping sauces. It is a "bang-for-the-buck" and in a large size. Domino's, you saved my night for perfect food. Deliveryperson perfect in ringing the doorbell and leaving my items where I had stated in the order. This Domino's is amazing I givethe thumbs up to all the workers and business owners. Prior: Omg, made to perfect like my order instructions stated!!! Thishas to be one of the finest items made to order and they the employees did so. I/we like less cheese and more sauce, as notedin the photos done correctly. I have never order a sandwich from here, but today I did. At first thoughts I said way to muchbread. But the bread was wonderful in the whole of other ingredients. Personally, I would have liked a bit more chicken (alsoI think the chicken is the used on the pizza as it tastes the same and same texture). The bread bites always amazing too...just wish they sent along a dipping sauce like other large chains.... All in all a perfect meal for many. And the driver promptand professional. I will say the pizza was good. But they forgot the sauces we paid for. Blamed me that they forgot. The VERY RUDE girl who... answered the phone refused to give her name. If my credit doesn't show up how am I gonna know who I spoke to? So now I am on thephone with their corporate office. Such ashame that some people are simply rude and nasty causing people to contact corporateoffices to get things straight. I suggest people to go somewhere else. Read more
