I visit this Dunkin location almost everyday for my iced Latte and food. It is conveniently located near me and they always get... my orders right. Only thing I've noticed lately is the area where they place the mobile orders is constantly dirty and tablecloth is stained and really needs to be washed. Read more

This Dunkin is nice and my food is mostly ready when I get there. Judith does an amazing job, 10/10. There has been a big... difference since she has not been there. When she was there I never thought my food/drink was wrong and she is always beyondfriendly and remembers me! Makes morning's a lot easier. Read more

Never been a huge fan of this particular Dunkin - the donuts are rarely fresh, and the coffee is usually lukewarm. They seem... well staffed in the mornings, so it?s hard to understand why it runs so slow! This morning I was desperate for a cup of coffee,so I waited in line for 20 minutes. I drive a bus, so I?m on a schedule. I had 8 minutes to spare when it was finally my turn toorder. But the lady left. And stayed gone for 4 minutes. After that wait time, I had to walk away empty handed. Next time, I?llrun across the street to Starbucks! Read more

Manager screams and yells at the employees, both times I've been there. This time I had my grandson with me and after placing... our order then waiting for about 15 mins, my grandson found our order sitting on the counter. When I inquired as to how long ithad been sitting there, She was very rude and claimed to have called us numerous times. As we got back to my vehicle, we foundit to be the wrong order so we took it back inside. The girl that rang us up thought she rang it up wrong. She did not, myreceipt clearly showed she rang it up correctly. When Sharon asked me what I expected her to do, I told her to either fix it orreturn my money. She started yelling about how she didn't have time for me and told the girl at the register to return mymoney. I made sure they only refunded the food portion of our order. I worked with Fisher Oil Company in NC, RaceTrac in FLand Circle K in TX and we NEVER yelled at our employees or our customers.... I always made it a point to make someone's daybetter than before they came i in... Sharon will not have to deal with me again, I will not step foot in there after this lastincident. Considering it had been two years since my first experience, I would have thought she had some training bynow... Sharon, you need to do better especially during the holidays..... Even when this place is super busy, everything is orderly and keeps moving. Even when I have to wait in line a few minutes it's... worth the wait; the employees are courteous and orders come out quickly and correctly. The place is always spotless. Always agood experience here. Read more

Ordered bagel with cream cheese asked for some more cream cheese. since there was barely any on it. I had to pay 1.90 for more.... Took 10 minutes to get my iced coffee and sweet tea after I received my bagel!!! Read more
