First time in years we have had pizza hut. Ordered curbside website was easy and I had received an email to try a "daily deal"... while at my friend's house helping her organize and decorate her lake house. It was random but I'm so glad we did! It was readyway before the time frame the employee was kind and our pizza was delicious. I ordered pizza, wings and breadsticks. We did not receive the wings. We called the store to let them know and we were told that... there is nothing they can do because there is no delivery driver, apparently pizza hut had an Uber eats driver deliver ourorder. They only offered to credit my account, a credit to my account was not going to fix the fact that my husband's dinnerwasnt delivered. My husband asked them to contact the Uber eats driver to have them come back with the wings, of course thatdidn't happen. My husband didn't want pizza that's why I ordered wings. There was no apology for their mistake just "there'snothing we can do". My husband and I are both sick so I tried to make it an easy dinner for our son. Guess I'll remember nexttime to not order from here. On top of the missing wings the pizza arrived cold and was mediocre at best. We have ordered quitea bit from this pizza hut and I have not been impressed this place has gone downhill a lot lately. Very disappointed in how thiswas handled. I'm sure nothing will come out of this and this review I'm almost certain is pointless and a waste of my time. Read more
