Great food, great staff, great live music. I've been here often, mostly to play music, and it is one of the friendliest... establishments I've had the pleasure to encounter. My go-to is the shepherd's pie but last night I was in more of a hurry to getmy food before it was time to play, so the manager recommended the steak sandwich. Great choice. Fantastic atmosphere. Spacious and clean. Great food and super friendly wait staff. Tv's positioned throughout the bar and... restaurant so you always have an eye on whatever game is airing. Great drink menu. Read more
Wanted to have a relaxing night to hear music. Sat at a table...bartender and waitress looked at every time they walked by but... didn't say anything. After about 10 min. I use to really enjoy this place but the past two times I've been disappointing. Today took the cake. I ordered a cheeseburger... medium. It was $15 which was fine but it came out not only well done and dry but cold. I mentioned it to the waitress her onlyresponse was I'll tell the kitchen. No apology, no offer to reccok it. I asked to speak to a manager. Lance came out who Ilearned was an owner. Again no apology, no offer to remake it, a total I don't care attitude. When I said I won't be back hisresponse was ok, tell the world too. He finally said I won't charge you. Well seeing I received a meal I couldn't eat. I reallywould have been a happy camper if they took some ownership of the problem, apologies, and recooked the meal. I would have beenhappy and have returned but the attitude was terrible. Read more
I had lunch at The Still today, we were there 12:30-3:00. One person was covering all tables and the bar, Ashley. Ashley... didn’t mind but I did. My friends order was wrong she got onion rings but had ordered french onion soup. She didn’t complainbecause she saw Ashley was overworked. The food was good but the service for food and drinks was delayed. I know many businessesare short staffed but today there should have been 2 people working. I have been here many times for many years. I am happy tosay this was my first bad experience. I do hope it doesn’t happen again. Read more
(Written by my 12 year old daughter ) I love the crab pretzel. Whenever I come here I get the crab pretzel. It tastes so good.... It is a wonderful combination of flavors. I look forward to coming here very often for my crab pretzel and a coke. 7/7 stars ??,definitely recommend that you come here and get the crab pretzel, and a coke if you really want to. Quite a warm day when we visited but we soon opted for the outdoor area given that inside we felt we should've brought... jackets/sweaters! We soon settled in at a high top table and I ordered drinks amidst the crowded bar. I don't think they barkeepwas having a particularly good evening but we were friendly and considerate and he took very good care of us! We both throughoutthoroughly enjoyed our dinners. My lady had the Goat Cheese Salad (Breaded and lightly fried goat cheese medallions with mesclungreens, candied pecans, and grape tomatoes drizzled with a raspberry balsamic vinaigrette) and I chowed down on their house-mademeatloaf with champ taters and broccoli with a rich gravy. Came here on a Sunday, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff was really friendly! Plenty of room for everyone to sit! Really... loved the antique Irish items in the windows and the bar was huge! Food came out fast and hot! The only downside was theshepherds pie which was a little hard to eat , it was very hard to eat due to the large chunks of meat and vegetables in thedish, the consistency was very soupy and strew like, the potato crust on top didn’t cover the entirety of the dish and theratio was off, the dish was flavorful but it wasn’t really a shepherds pie, it felt like I was eating shepherds stew and theprice I paid was a little off for the portion I received not to mention it didn’t come with a side dish paying $20.
