It is all about customer service. We paid a visit to this place this afternoon to grab a couple of ice creams and smoothie. The... cashier was unwelcoming and disrespectful. We all felt the vibe. She was rushing us while we ordered. She also gave a deaf earto our call just doing nothing except watching the blender blending the fruit. A Horrible experience! The place is nice and netthough. This place has really gone down hill. Avoid getting anything but regular ice cream here. They are bound to screw up most other... orders. They are also very stingy with toppings and additional ingredients. They give very little for what you pay for. Myadvice is to avoid this Baskin Robbins. They take the enjoyment out of ice cream. Alright now. Disclaimer: I used to work here but I no longer do. I do patronize them often. The York rd and Joppa rd stores are... by far the best BR franchises I have ever been to. The stores are CLEAN. The tubs of ice cream and freezers are always neatand clean in appearance. You will not see clumps of adjacent flavors in other tubs. Cake and prepackaged quart displays arefull and orderly. If you want something different the employees will check the walk in to find something else you might like.Worst case, they will make you a cake so custom that your head will spin right off. Your scoop of ice cream will be the samesize as the person in front of you. Literally, they have to practice. Forget that you have a food allergy? They didnt forget toask! This is a great Baskin Robins. The staff is always helpful and nice. They always say hello when you walk in. The service is... fast. The restaurant is always clean. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter August 2014 and they were so helpful andexplained everything and let me customize my cake as much as I wanted to. They did not make me feel rushed at all. Of courseBaskin Robins ice cream is the best and I have had every single flavor. I have been eating Baskin Robins ice cream since I was 4years old so I am kind of an expert.
