The food from here isn?t bad but the service is incredibly unprofessional. I almost never complain about this type of thing... unless it?s super noticeable. The workers clearly don?t care about what they?re doing and almost every time I?ve been there I?vehad a poor experience. They?re also missing ingredients almost every time. I generally enjoy CAVA, but this location has been consistently poor. On my last occasion the workers took 15 minutes to... service four single bowl/pita orders, two online and two in-person (including myself), and had two young men behind the counterwho either had not worked there before or did not want to be working. They did not know the names of the toppings and seemed tomake things up instead of trying to get the orders correct. The person serving the pitas and food was glib and rude, but theyat least worked quickly and efficiently. While I was waiting to pay, a man appearing to be the owner came in loudly andinformed the young men that they would be taking out the trash and an argument ensued. The drink dispenser had no ice and theredidn't seem to be any effort to fix that issue. This location gives CAVA a bad reputation and action should be taken to improvethe quality of what is usually enjoyable experience at other locations. Read more

Dirty, unorganized and employees have little to no people skills. If you ever walk through the door at this cava expect to be... greeted with a cold stare and little else. Pray that you?re the only one in line because if anyone is before or comes in afteryou, your wait time has just increased by 10 mins per person but hey that?s alright? you can watch the flies land on your foodas other orders are prepared? how fun! Next you?re finally at the last station? time to put on your sides!!! Only to find thatthey have run out of what you want and for whatever reason have refused to refill it. Wasn?t that a great experience that makesyou want to come back? No? Well lets try to order online? Online order submitted? your order will be ready at 6:15pm. You arriveon time thinking your food will be ready but it never is so you wait and wait? and wait? until it?s finally ready at 645pmdisgruntled you finally get back home and sit down to eat. You open your bowl only to realize that your protein is completelymissing? you have two sides when you ordered 10, one dip and a mound of veggies that you didn?t even order. Read more

food is good but customer service is bad i went in there to get a build your own bowl and the girl that made it was very rude,... like she had a attitude and didn?t even give me a bag she told me to get it myself.. needs better and upbeat workers thatACTUALLY want to work. almost got hired glad i didn?t decide to work there i don?t want to be around nasty people. As soon as you walk in you see smiles and friendly employees! No, the food!! It?s out of this world , so new and fresh, my... favorite is the spinach black bean and cheese. To drink, cava has unique drinks, my favorite by far is the cucumber mint. Wewill definitely be back! Read more

This was my favorite location but they fell off. Your order is only correct if you actually walk in and watch them make it. Cava... boasts an unlimited toppings slogan but If you place the order online they skip most of the ingredients that you request. How isthe bowl supposed to be Greens & Grains when there's hardly no Greens in sight? Ugh! What makes it worse is ordering for a groupand noticing that my bowl is the messed up one. Smh Read more

This Cava has very good food, the ingredients are always fresh and very tasty. It?s also a brand new restaurant, and each time... I?ve gone, the service has steadily improved. I have noticed that often there aren?t enough people working, and as a result thestaff can be overwhelmed. Ownership should fix this by doing whatever it takes to attract more work applicants ASAP. I recommendvisiting during non-peak hours for a more expedient experience. 5 stars for the staff, one star deducted for the inexcusablelack of staffing by upper management and ownership. Read more

Don?t order through the mobile app. Out of the ten times I?ve ordered from here via the app, they?ve gotten my pita order right... one time which I usually don?t care about. But today was bad. I don?t ever leave reviews but they forgot multiple toppings onboth my bowl and my husband?s. We got home and realized we had basically just picked up bowls of rice, chicken and lettuce (seeattached picture). Not only that the pickup time was 5pm and our orders weren?t ready until 5:20.
