My husband and I ordered the same exact thing. A drink an appetizer and a burger for $13.99. Well they brought the soup and... drink and when the burger came out they only brought 1 meal (cold fries). We had to sit and wait for another burger to be cookedwhile the first one got cold. So I cut it in half and I ate off a napkin with grease dripping all over the place until the 2ndburger came. When we got our check she bypassed letting me see it on the screen that you have to use to pay at the table. Ithought it was a bit high considering it was supposed to be $13.99 for the pick 3 deal. You don't get an actual receipt, it'semailed. When I got home I realized the waitress had rung up one meal as 13.99 and charged each item separately on the secondmeal. Making the bill 6 dollars higher then it should have been. The whole experience was messed up. My suggestion, check yourreceipt before you leave. Not happy. Also not very clean inside or out. Trash and beer bottles in the parking lot. I usuallylove Chili's. Not this location. Go to Eldersburg or Hanover Pennsylvania instead. Seems like complete incompetence in serviceand upkeep of the location. Lesson learned. Won't go back here. Read more
I usually don't have bad experiences here but this visit took the cake. Although the food was great as always with taste and... presentation. Our waters arrived no straws. I was served my salad with no silverware. My friend was served a soup with a dirtyspoon. Had to wait a long time for a fork just to eat. Read more
It was nice having this restaurant connected to the Holiday Inn. I expected a good dinner but I got a great dinner, the ribeye... was seared nicely with a great taste and perfectly cooked. The service was great even with the new guy, I would come back forthat steak again. Read more
I come here sometimes and it?s pretty annoying when I ask for something specifically not to be on my food and it?s placed on... there. I?m writing this review because this has happened more then once. Then I have to wait for the mistake to be fixed allbecause when I called in my order was not put in right the first time. I?m allergic to bacon , request for it not to be placedon my mashed potatoes and it?s put on there anyway? Please when I call in and ask for something not to be placed on my food I doexpect that. Especially something i?m allergic too. I shouldn?t have to always check my bag because I know someone didn?t followdirections. Read more
I would give it -5 Stars if I Could. Ordered SteaK Fajita for take out. Order took half hour. My hotel was across the street and... the food was ice cold when I got to my room. Couldn't chew the steak, The rice was crunchy, and the tortillas were rubbery inthe center with rock hard edges. They forgot the guacamole I Specifically asked for. The service was good and we came at an hour where it wasn't too busy on a Sunday so we were in and out in about an hour. The... food could have been better. This was my first visit to this location and it just wasn't great chili's food like I'm used to.The salsa was way spicy, the coleslaw was nothing but a peppery taste, the street corn was overcooked, and my chicken wasn't astender as it usually is. They could have had an off night, so I won't knock them forever, but I'll stick to my normal locationswhen possible. Read more
The service here is pretty bad and has been since even before covid, but covid also only made it worse. Last time I was there,... we put our names in for a reservation ahead of time online and still had to wait even though nobody else was waiting and therewere what looked like plenty of open tables. I get that they shut sections down, but nobody was communicating anything to us.Once we got seated, we ended up having to flag someone down for water after about 10 minutes. Food was fine, consistent chili'sfood. But the service makes it worth going somewhere else. Read more
