Absolutely HATE this location. I?ve visited this location two times since I moved to the Cockeysville area (today being the... second time) and both experiences were horrible. I would much rather drive to the Hunt Valley location because the food tastebetter and the service is much better, unfortaunately they were close due to short staff. The young girls that work here duringevening hours are VERY unprofessional and rude. They seriously don?t have the necessary customer service skills needed to workin a fast food restaurant. Please do a better job at hiring people who actually want to work and have the skills needed for thistype of work. Never again!!! Read more
Very kind service !!!! Went to chipotle in hamden and they were out of SC and GUAC which i had already paid for. you see the app... doesnt communicate that back to the customer , yet they?ll continue to make your food. So? then you get home or in car to checkorder and you?re missing your goods. I randomly thought I?d stop at chipotle on York road to explain what happened and press myluck to see if i could get my sides. The gentleman who helped (i didnt get name, but i think he was the manager) me was superkind and fulfilled my request with great service!!! His cashier even bagged my order from the other store so it wouldn?t rip.Great experience !!! Read more
I gave them 1 star because at least they got my chips and salsa order correct. The first time I ordered online from here was for... a burrito with almost everything on it. When I picked up my order it was just a tortilla wrapped with rice and chicken. Ithought it was a one time thing. The same thing happened again to me tonight. Do NOT order anything online from this location.The Hunt Valley location is way better! Read more
Food was normal for fast food. But the staff's "could care less attitude" was on display when I get into my car, double check... the order and realized missing an item we ordered. Walk back in and after getting the attention of the staff member, inform themof the missing item and they say "yeah I know it's missing, we ran out of it. If you want ask for a refund." If you knew that,why not inform me when I pick up the order???? Read more
Food is fine. Ordered a kids meals for my child. Staff refused to give me a kids drink and chips that comes with it. I order... this meal at other locations and it?s never a problem receiving what I payed for. Not sure what the deal is here. They said Ihad to pay for a drink and chips. Hoping next time I visit staff understands the menu options better. Read more
When I trying to order some food at this location 2 employees one was on register other was making the wraps that employee leave... the wrap and go to the register talking each other. This review is all about customer service. After I made a big mistake on my pick up order, the MOD made it right when he... absolutely didn't have to. (no extra charge!) I am kicking myself for not getting his name, but this is what good customerservice looks like. I will return, and I will tell this story to my friends and family. The food of course is good. It won?t allow to give zero stars?but that?s what they deserve. We went by at 6:30pm. Door was locked and we had to wait for... someone to exit (store hours said they were open). When entering they told us they were closed as they were behind on the grill(5 people in line being served). I asked to speak with the Manager and she said the line was closed but we could orderonline??? Of course, that makes no sense since the order still has to be made. I asked for her name and contact information soI could contact her at another time and she refused to give me that info. I?m sharing as I?ve heard from quite a few people howawful the employees at this location are to the Customers and locking the door during business hours would enrage me if I ownedthis store.
