Location is horrible getting in and out, must have been new worker...took about 5 minutes to take my order, gave me way too much... money back (returned to her) & another 10 minutes to get my drinks and I was the only one in there besides someone else diningin. Read more
Gr8 help are terrific baseball nut gr8 ice cream could be harder
They are nice people there. I order a cocha mocha everyday, but often it comes out as this lukewarm watery coffee substance. The... guy fixed my order without yelling at me (which has happened at another location) so I appreciate that. This location is betterthan others. Read more
Ordered through the app. They only put 1 donut in the bag. Had to wait in line to get help from the counter. I asked them where... the other 6 donuts were. She looked at the ticket to get me the other donuts. By the time I got home I realized she gave me someof the wrong donuts. I guess if you pick up donuts for someone's birthday you should find a different location. Read more
No issues with the food, it?s the same as any other Dunkin but the app ordering is horrible. There are no checks in place to... make sure your order is complete. If you order donuts, food and a drink, something will be missing (usually your entire donutorder) and god forbid you custom ordered something, because that will be wrong too. My kids like apple juice, they never pullthe bottle drinks and you will need to go grab them yourselves, not a big deal just be aware of that. Long story short, don?tdrive off without double checking everything is right and factor remaking orders into your plans. Read more
The donuts seem like they're from yesterday (dry and hard instead of soft and fluffy). They are supposed to have cream filling... in the middle, but only have a tiny amount. Low quality product overall. Read more
The only issue with this location is that the line of customers runs right into the indoor seating space so you cannot sit... inside without feeling like someone is breathing over your shoulder when they're busy. Read more
