As someone who has loved Royal Farms chicken for many years, I am totally disappointed with the chicken every time I go. A day I... went so I could get some to share with my mom who is at a nursing home. I ordered One wing and one thigh. But once I looked atthe size of the wing oh, I was going to cancel the order. It looked like the wing a sparrow. That's how tiny it was. The ladywas really nice though and I do love the people who work there. Especially in who is the cashier most of the time. The nice ladydid give me two know which was nice. But to me $2 or more for two wings that size is crazy. They should have been on sale for aquarter each. All I got was two bites. And small ones at that. I know prices are going up, but there's no reason to sell littletiny wings like that for that much money. I asked for jalapeño cheese with my order, which you have to pay $1 for and even asking them 3 times if it was jalapeño cheese... neither of these sauces are jalapeño cheese something simple like that deserves 17 an hour? Oh boy Read more

I stop by today and unfortunately I not have food poisoning as the chicken I recieved was not cooked all the way. I had already... unfortunately taken a big bite and ate a good part of the chicken on my sandwhich before realizing. I told the person I was withto check his chicken and it too was not cooked through. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and hope they do better. It'sunfortunate that now I will HAVE to check any chicken at order from royal farms. Read more
I ordered a family pack and food was missing... guess the help is eating for themselves. The so called food manager said they... hired Chinese people and they didn?t know what to do. There were No Chinese people working. I explained to the so called foodmanager and he just gave me a refund.if there is a zero star ???????? Read more
Chicken is the main attraction which separates them from the typical convenient store. Problem is if you want fresh chicken,... good luck. They keep chicken under the lights up to 2 hours and its terrible . They have no way to order it on line to pickfresh chicken. They tell you to call ahead to order, problem is they hardly ever answer the phone! 2 different evenings I spentover an hour trying to call this week to order chicken and no answer. Must have called 10 times! Leave a message, well I did andthey never called me back. If they had their act together, they would have chicken to order as an option through their ROFO appso you could get fresh chicken. Easy enough, but they ain't doing it! If fed up with them! I have had several great experiences at this store since the reopening. The staff is so helpful and friendly; yesterday morning... I went in for a quick breakfast sandwich, and before I could even ask if they had more of a certain kind, this lady, (all theregulars were calling "Ma"), asked me what I was looking for, went to the counter and ordered for me, helped and greeted,everyone who came in, emptied trash and tidied the coffee area...she was amazing! All of the other staff is equally friendlyand helpful, and although I don't go there often, I recognize some as having been there for years, and that is a great sign forany business, in my opinion.
