Just ordered a couple of meals for my kids and I and the onion rings and fries are old and cold. The whoppers and one plain... burger was also cold. I don?t understand why the food is constantly old and cold at this location. What seemed to be the nightmanager there, looked like he didn?t even want to be there and was also on his personal cell looking like he was scrollingthrough some sort of social media app. So unfortunately it looks like the other workers follow his lead as well as the lack ofcare they take to prepare the food that you spend your hard earn money on. This location is terrible. I was so excited to finally have a Burger King close to my house, however it's just been a huge... disappointment. The food is constantly old and cold, the inside seating area barely gets cleaned and half of the time theworkers are rude or act like they have better things to do than take your order. I waited several months to write this reviewsince they recently just opened, I tried to be fair and give them a chance, but nothing has changed. I'll just start eatingelsewhere, or maybe the BK down by the Tampa Outlets which is always good. Read more
Order a meal and wanted only bacon and cheese on it, they made it wrong twice. Had to wait for fresh chicken 6 minutes. After... waiting 10 minutes they forgot all about it. They simply don?t care. No apology nothing it?s like I was bothering them. Read more
Had a large number 1 and it was fantastic. The ladies behind the counter were super friendly. The AC was blasting and it was... freezing inside, good to know my ice cream won't melt. I will be back! Love ya xoxoxox Read more
This is the worst Burger King ever! I wish I would have read the review before buying from them! I was so excited to eat BK... because I haven?t had it in a long time but I should have taken a chance somewhere else. This is my 1st and last time eatingfrom this place. I ordered a chicken sandwich and added bacon(which cost more) only to get home and there isn?t any bacon to befound! The fries were nasty as if they had been fried and fried over and over. The chicken was even worse! It wasn?t even anormal color. There was barely any chicken and what was there was hard and overly fried! Fast food places suck to work in BUT,don?t work there if you don?t want to! People buy food to enjoy it not to get home and find food that is. Had to throw it out!Can?t wait for Chick-fil-A to open! I was pet sitting for a friend in Land o lakes. The Burger King on State route 54 and Ballentree was the only Burger King... between me and work. I like Burger Kings breakfast burrito juniors in the morning. The lady that is the manager at the BurgerKing was the manager at a Burger King near where I live. Since she has left the Burger King by where I live the Burger King hasgone downhill. It was a pleasure seeing the manager at State route 54 and Bellentree. Our first visit to this new Burger King. For a new operation they really have their act together. We were there right at lunch... rush time and orders were coming out quickly and accurately. Brittany, the cashier, really knows what she is doing and was ableto do a work around on the order. Definitely recommended. [edit] Went back for a second visit today and could not be morepleased. The Whoppers were correctly prepared and the Fries were piping hot! The best part of the visit though was thecourteous way we were treated by Lisa, the manager. We stopped in for lunch, and ordered two Whopper Meals. Every couple months we crave a Whopper. This new restaurant was clean,... nicely appointed, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. What more could we ask for. We'll be back. Read more
