Great service. We were sat immediately on a Friday at noon without a reservation. Server was attentive, fast and accurate. ... Cheese curds were amazing. The fried shrimp and chicken strips were really good but the dipping sauces weren't anything towrite home about. First time at Cheddar's not running back to this particular location. The good thing even though they were a lot of people there... there wasn't that much of a wait maybe 15 to 20 minutes. Food came out quick. The not so great experience seems like thewaitress had an attitude from the door didn't seem like she was happy at her job. It almost seemed like she did not like being awaitress because if I asked her for something she said the price back to me like I couldn't afford it that's the first time I'veever experienced that feeling anywhere ever. 50% of the food was good (ribs, chicken fingers...veggies were delicious)disappointed with the salad and the chicken. The tomatoes looked mushy like it was just shoved into the plate and the chickenlooked processed and shrimp mushy as well. I was expecting better chicken quality real chicken to be honest and I felt like itwas just a grilled chicken and frozen shrimp that they took from the frozen section and heated it up. Spongy and chewy. I wouldhave received real chicken at Popeyes I would have thought this place was better quality with the prices. The only highlight wasthe hot croissant which shouldn't be the highlight of the whole dinner. The experience was just off putting for me and my familywith the vibe we received. I'd never visited a Cheddar's before yet the wife had when she lived in Chicago and she had said it was very good so we went,... 11th July around 2ish, and she wasn't lying. The front desk young lady was super nice, professional and we were sat withinaround 10 mins. I liked to text system with regards to awaiting / checking your seating time too. Our servicer, Allison, wasgreat. The honey croissants were an absolute treat to wet the whistle while we decided what we wished to order. The wifeordered Cheddar's Trio Sampler which was 4 delicious hand-breaded chicken tenders, Santa Fe Spinach Dip (fantastic) HomemadeQueso (lovely) and Tortilla Chips with salsa and an included side of the Honey Mustard dipping sauce for the tenders. As thewife doesn't eat that much I was given 2 of the tenders and also had a few chips, spinach dip and queso and it was really good! I ordered the half rack of 'Fall off the Bone' ribs which came with 2 sides so I got the fries and coleslaw. The ribs did falloff the bone, they were juicy and very tasty as we're the fries (nice and hot) and slaw. I did get a little extra BBQ sauce forthe ribs and fries if only just to make sure I got it on my face lol The service, and the food were absolutely brilliant and I'ddefinitely go back. Food is always good. All made from scratch. I usually get their chicken pot pie but tried their steak today and it was very... tasty. 6oz sirloin. Total meal was $20 as far as the pricing with tax and a 25% tip was $27. Read more
