-10 stars not even zero. Worst Chick-fil-A I ever been to. My order was missing food. Had to wait, again after just waiting in... a long ine for 15 minutes. Theres a rude manager Lauren that works there with a bad attitude like if I was the problem. Thenleft and went back because they forgot to put straws in the bag left and still forgot to put my condiments in the bag . At thatpoint I just asked for a refund. My wife and I arrived for breakfast and the wait was about 25 minutes and we were the 12th car in line. This is uncharacteristic... for chic fil a. Not a big deal if they had given us the correct order after waiting. We asked for a chicken biscuit with nobutter on the biscuit and we received a chicken biscuit with an extra biscuit with extra butter. It was almost as if it wasjoke. I honestly laughed when I opened the bag. When my wife opened it you can see that the biscuit was visibly just below donebut still okay to eat. Moral of the story, I wouldn?t take the 5 star ratings too seriously here. This was a very annoyingexperience. Please train your employees to do better, thank you. Read more

As of late they have seemed to get the order or request wrong. Great customer service but if you are getting your food to go... check it thoroughly before you leave. Nothing worse than getting home and the order is wrong. Read more

Today we were extremely disappointed we go here because they have always been quick and consistent. But today the quality food... was not there. 2 large orders of French fries and both were like grease mush, very disappointed. Read more
Terrible service and a careless supervisor. My family came for dinner tonight and service was terrible, the restaurant was... filthy with overflowing with garbage for over an hour, and staff was just hanging out at the dumpsters instead of maintainingtheir place of business. The visit started off with no one proving a toy for the kids meal and not all sauces that wererequested. Then the sweet tea tasted burnt. I waited the entire length of a meal being eaten by my family for someone to evenacknowledge I needed a drink to replace it while I waited at the counter. I counted 6 staff members walk past withoutacknowledging myself of several others waiting in line for things missing and their food? including a child. Three employeeswalked from behind the counter, went through line and ordered food as well as received it and began eating before I could evenget a drink. Another person in line waited over 20 minutes and I finally spoke up and requested a supervisor. His response wasthat food was taking long for the nuggets. How does that explain no one priding drinks, sauces, or even asking a customer whatthey?re waiting on? At the same time, I told him the garbage was overflowing in the dining room and 20+ minutes later someonedid finally gather garbage. We needed to take 3 tenders to go so I ordered at the table and it took 15 minutes and the chickenwas barely warm! Your establishment pumped countless cars through drive thru while ignoring everyone and everything inside. I?mincredibly disappointed because the supervisor didn?t even care. To make it better, as we left 3 employees were mingling at thedumpster while the dining room was still a disaster and maybe 1/10th full. I?ve got photos of them hanging at the filthydumpster but won?t post but will happily provide management. If I could have gotten my money back and just left, I would have. Although I will never understand their pricing... That is, in the grocery store, beef is a lot higher than chicken.... Which... means a chicken sandwich should be as cheap or cheaper than a beef burger ???? Nevertheless in the fast food industry and as faras taste, service and atmosphere... They cannot be beat...
