I come here at least twice a week and it?s my favorite location, I drive out of my way sometimes to come to this one. I?ve had... troubles in the past with other locations and my drink being made incorrectly or my mobile order not ready when I show up. Iplace a mobile order and it?s always ready when I show up at this location and the ladies in the drive thru are always so sweeteven when the sun hasn?t come up yet. Read more

Terrible service and very very slow! I paid with cash for my order and the Goth girl with black hair that was working the window... wanted to keep my change so I sat there waiting for my money back and she said oh you want your change back. Of course I want mychange back my few dollars and change back.The manager needs to train new people better than that! Read more

Terrible service. Had to repeat my order three time to the manager working cash register. Once I left and reached in bag for a... bite I realized one sandwich was a wrong ordered sandwich. Guys, your drive-thru is so inconsistent. Today I pulled through and your software was being updated and you couldn't tell me... when it would be back online and you wouldn't sell me product but you were not closed and lots of people were coming through thedrive-thru. It would be really helpful if you guys didn't update your software in the middle of the day. I'm also consistentlygetting inaccurate beverages from you guys when I come through in the middle of the day. It's one of the most frustratingdrive-thru experiences I tend to have. But I love you guys and I want you to improve so hopefully you can take this review forwhat it's worth. Looking forward to better drive-thru experiences in the future. Read more

We?ve been here a few times and have had a good experience, but this morning there was maybe 2 employees working and long line... inside & outside and people not getting helped. Corporate needs to provide this manager (whom was doing everything himself) withmore reliable workers especially for a Saturday Read more

Management issues Dwayne Nixon "The one star doesn't reflect the service received by the kind lady working the drive through... window this morning. Even with the number of cars wrapped around the building, she was kind and pleasant. I understand the worldis short staffed right now, but a manager needs to step in. This poor girl was clearly running the place herself. Every morningthere is a 15-20 min drive through wait. Just this morning I watched a total of 6 cars pull out of line because of the waititself. Yesterday I left because of how long I had to wait. You're losing customers and business which I am sure you want to beaware of. Before you lose the kind lady working there and your returning customers, get management or corporate involved. I'msure there are plenty that can step in like we have all had to do in this pandemic. I had a great experience here today. I love the new brown sugar cold foam cold brew but when I went to order it they were out of... cold brew. I was stuck on what to order so the cashier suggested she would improvise and make me something similar. She didn?tdisappoint and it tasted very close to what I was actually craving. I think that?s great customer service!!! Read more

I can?t believe your employee would hand this burnt to a crisp sandwich to a customer. The cold brew is so watered down it... barely even tasted like iced coffee. Avoid this location. Read more
