Always great burgers at Five Guys! Quick service, friendly atmosphere and good prices.
Good flavor, fresh beef and toppings. The fries were very greasy and overcooked. The pricing is horrible. Got to figure out a... way to bring those prices down. Over $11 for a cheeseburger and over $7 for fries... $50 to feed myself and my 2 young kids AT 5GUYS...c'mon maaaan..Culver's is down the street. Very good burgers there as well and it costs about half the price for similarorder. Read more
The good news first... great burger! The staff appeared mostly apathetic. Lots of conversation among staff with few apparently... doing anything. We first notice a pile of trash on the floor, which we walked around. The employee that had the broom andscooper was preoccupied talking over the counter with approximately 4 staff in the kitchen area. The pile was eventually pickedup but trash remained under an unoccupied table from the time we arrived till when we left. I should have takenpictures. Watching the kitchen, we noticed our burgers were ready in about 10 minutes... but they had just begun cooking thefries after the burgers were waiting. i came in the other night pretty close to closing and still felt very welcomed. by the time my food was done, it was pouring... outside and the young black girl working offered to use the store umbrella and walk me to my car. definitely one of the bestcustomer service experiences i have had. Do not eat here. Don't waste your money on a over price burger that doesn't taste good very greasy and very messy to eat. You'll... better off at Burger King or Wendy's. Worst $14 I've ever spent. Not to mention the staff is not that friendly. Stay away fromthis place. Read more
Haven't been here for a few years. Seems the burgers were made of better meat. Almost $14.00 for a cheeseburger and small fries.... Seems like a lot for a mediocre meal. Read more
I like Five Guys a lot. The burgers are really good and the fries are very good as well. However, it is not cheap, not even... close. This is why I do not eat there very often. This was the first time I had been in years, and it was very good. Oneproblem, they used to give you a lot of fries, more than enough to share. I do not know if I was unlucky or someone is stingy,we did not get that many fries. Also, the small side of Cajun fries, they taste good, way way too much seasoning on them. Onceagain, not sure if it was a fluke or if that is how they are. I just do not eat here that often. Read more
I'm not a fan of hamburgers because other places always add aditives, preservatives and they don't prepared it at the moment.... Here instead, they prepared it when you order, it is as fresh as you can get. The potatoes are fried with the skin where all thenutrients are and they used peanut butter to fried them. I am starting to enjoy hamburgers. Thanks! Read more
