Came for lunch. Horrible costumer service. The people clearly hated their job. Paid for a sandwich and fresh squeezed juice,... paid for my food, only to be told there was no avocado after paying and waiting 10 minutes. Sandwich was very basic. Could havegot a better sandwich from an elementary cafeteria. Save your money and go somewhere else. Also the juicing lady was cursing atthe juicer and said it would take 20 minutes to get our juice. Not real fruit and NOT fresh squeezed like advertised!!!! Over price junk food. UPDATE: funny response!!!! Sorry, not at... this location!!! The powered lemonade came actually from the South Philly food area next to the Green Leaf. It actually hadthe power out by the large lemonade container!!! So, not fresh squeezed. No lemons at all. The real fruit smoothie wasactually syrup (strawberry). No seeds. Their was some fruit (not for my smoothie) but it was chopped from one knife and neverwashed and left on the counter for a very long time. This whole ordeal took a very long time!! I finally asked for a refundfor my ?lemonade? and that took even longer. My family had finished eating from the other places before I even got back and satdown. They didn?t want to give me a refund at all. They said my card declined the refund. Never heard of that. I willcheck my statement to make sure they didn?t keep charging my card. This location might need to be reported for falseadvertising and to the health department. I?m shocked that Simon Malls would allow this to go on. Read more
Absolutely disgusting the sandwiches where all premade so no telling how long they been sitting in the fridge. They put my... sandwich on a grill presser and when i took a bite everything was cold inside and just not tasteful. Also the bread on mysandwich got stuck to the presser so he had to scrap it off the grill so i only got have bread on one side of the sandwich whichhe turned upside down hoping i wouldn't notice. I got my daughter a cup of corn and it was ice cold they couldn't warm it upbut instead had me take it to the food place next door to warm up. After she ate half we found hair in it????????. The smoothiewas good that's alot it definitely not worth 18.00 waste of money. Read more
I only go here when I want a smoothie or something quick. It is abit out of my price range for lunch. But I absolutly love my... banana/peanut butter smoothie!!! Healthier option to a milkshake! Read more
Note: some of the smoothies are based with frozen yogurt and most of the fruits look like they're from a syrup can! Ordered the... bananaberry smoothie. Didn't realize it was made with frozen yogurt until after it was made and I saw the variety of fruits thatlooked straight-from-a-can after we paid. Tasted like I was drinking bland frozen yogurt with strawberry banana flavored water.My husband's mango magic was also super bland. If we wanted frozen yogurt, we would have ordered it, but we were craving a freshfruit smoothie! This establishment's branding is deceiving, it's no where near fresh and healthy and has no taste. What a shamefor a tropical themed outlet. Plus it was ridiculously expensive for what it was. Just go to Costco for a smoothie. Read more
The 3 girls working at this establishment seem to really dislike their jobs. One said hello to me then walked away, the other... handed me off to another. She was not friendly when taking my order. One of the girls let me know it was going to take about 5mins, which it may have if the person who was making my panini wasn't more worried about her text messages. She then seemed toforget she was making my sandwich and proceeded to take 3 more orders. 15 mins,layer I received my sanwhich doused in sauce sobad I couldn't taste the turkey. I couldn't eat the rest it made,me sick. I usually can deal wi5h bad service and an occasional"No so great" meal. This was just outrageously disgusting on top of horrible service. Read more
One girl on register and one making sandwiches. Not enough. Waited too long for a soggy and disgusting spinach dip panini with... far too much dip and far too little chicken. I couldn't even eat it! Horrible horrible experience! The person I was with gotthe chicken Avocado and it was cold in the middle and very little chicken. Not worth the price or the wait! Read more
Terrible customer service. Waited 5 minutes were to place an order and no one came by. There were 4 employees working behind the... counter and not a single one came and took my order. I asked someone behind the counter where can I place an order. One of theemployee come by and asked rudely what my order was. I told her that I haven't placed an order yet and I waited 5 minutes forsomeone to come by to take my order. The lady rolled her eyes and said I will take your order. And then she went off and startedcleaning the counter. I stood around for another 20 seconds or so with a confused look on my face as she continued to clean thecounter and the floor. I walked away and didn't place an order. Wanted to give this place a try but never again. Went back andtold the group about my experience and they said they probably won't give this place a shot either. I would not recommend thisplace to anyone. Read more
