Order trough the app to save time and there was a system error. Manager couldn?t care less and ended up wasting time and money.
Inattentive staff especially the manager. I have observed him speaking in a very rude manner to customers and also the young... employees. He told me I had enough ketchup when I asked for more- he gave 3 and for me it was not enough Last time they lost ourorder and took 30 minutes and no apology Also it is almost always dirty Today is the last time I?m bringing my family to thisunprofessionally run location There are many better locations I would suggest the owner should do all of us a favor and hire adifferent manager he has been the same every time we have been here Never coming back here again Read more
The staff was not attentive. They were on their cellphones the entire time. They gave me the wrong order and when I brought it... to their attention they were annoyed by it. I try to avoid this place as much as I can because this is not the first time thishas happened to me. Its truly sad how people just don't care about giving good service anymore. Read more
Mc Donald's for fast food is ok. I usually just get the same thing a mcdouble and fries. Not many healthy options but their are... s couple. It's usually not a place that I go to if I watching my calories. I like the that I can use the app to order my foodand have it brought out to the car. I don't have to sit in lines at the drive thru. One thing I do not like about it is if youdon't use your points you lose them. I had 18000 point 1 day they were gone. I was told that if they are not used that youloose them. They do have some really good deals on the app though. The associates that work in any of the locations I've been towere always really friendly and helpful. It would be nice if they would go back to pre COVID menu where you could get somebreakfast foods during the day. I don't understand how 1 virus can change so many different things. Food offered opening andclosing times. Some locals still only offer drive thru. For the most part McDonald's is an ok place it fast usually convenientand have something for everyone on the menu. 9 out of 10 tables dirty..only one car in drive thru. I was only one in dining area to eat. Had to wait for some in the back to... greet me and take order. 5 other workers standing by drive thru window talking about buying clothes. Read more
Went here because my teens wanted McDonald?s and quickly realized why we don?t go to this location anymore. We order a 6 pc... nugget meal, a cheeseburger with no onion no pickle a McChicken sandwhich Fries and a chocolate shake. We received this shake atwindow without a care in the world this was handed to us this way. Had to ask fir napkins to clean off myself. We got our foodand went home. Quickly realized that we were missing food and our number gets and fries were hard as a rock after we askedspecifically to make fresh when we ordered. So we called and spoke to Mgr on duty and she treated us very rude like we weretrying to get free food. I told her I?m not trying to get free food I?m trying to get fresh food, as it should have been in thefirst place. She then tell me to bring all items back up there with my receipt and she will fix and give me my missing item. Sowe get there and she never even came to window to acknowledge me or apologize for her mistake. Or for me having to drive back upthere. The cashier girl was rude too. So they remade my food and I left again. But this time I checked food in parking lot tofind out again they still forgot our missing item. So pulled around to drive thru still mgr did not come but you could see herinside throwing her hands all around and talking stuff. Very unprofessional. We got our missing cheeseburger and went home. Whenwe get home we open food to eat and realized that they gave me missing cheeseburger but it?s totally the wrong one. It wassupposed to have no onion no pickle and it had all that plus lettuce and a ton of ketchup. My McChicken had all its lettuce onthe side of it not on sandwhich but it was wrapped in packs it came in. This place is a joke for service and a waste of moneyfor food. I placed an order thru Doordash, I ordered a Sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal with an orange soda and a small mocha frappe... and I revived an iced coffee with what looks like mocha(yucky) my meal was hot and really good just upset that I didn't get theright coffee!!!!! Read more
Rude employees. One lady rushed me in drive thru when there wasn?t anyone but me. I?m trying to order and speak and after I give... my order, in the second I want to continue talking she yells again is there anything else!!! Happy meal didn?t come with abucket but didn?t even get a chance to ask why since I was rushed to leave too. SMH terrible place to stop by. I had exactchange but ?it?s too late? since she cashed me out acting like it?s not her fault for not hearing me say I have the exactchange. Read more
