Awesome restaurant with awesome staff! Great sense of humor. They had us rolling in laughter! Would definitely drive 10 miles at... 90 to get there b4 they close again! Terrible service. I wanted warm sauce for my racoon and was told they can't serve at drive thru. Only way is if I go inside. I... said fine and they said line was long. I told them I don't have a choice you will not give it to me. Finally they said fine andgot me one. Items not available on menu and was told they don't carry them anymore. I eat here 4-5 times a week because I love their food and there is no lines. With that being said I also see why there is no... lines. Often times the food giving at the drive through is not fresh or ive experienced getting (the bottom of the pan) whereyou get wayyy more vegetables than noodles making my bowl a salad. Now today ... I get a bowl served too me with literally 2pieces of chicken in it. Now I've consistently came back because I love the food and they never give me a issue fixing theproblems but sad to say I'm going to have to finally move on. Food is consistent the same in quality and taste, as you?d expect from a fast food chain, but the several people Working the... drive through speaker and the pick up window have been short, unpleasant, inattentive, and rushed. This has to be the worst Panda Express Ever. Peter was not welcoming and responded to a simple question with a rude response and... if he?s the Manager which I was told he was, I worry about the rest of the staff and the quality of the food. Sarah was kind anddid her best. I?m going to the trinity location from now on. They never miss a beat including customer service. This seems to bean all the time occurrence at this location. If I?m not mistaken he is a newer manager because the other ones have been just asbad. They never have food prepared and when you wait for the food it takes forever. I hope this gets to corporate and hereceives training towards customer service. Read more
On 3 separate visits now, I?ve waited between 40 and 60 minutes for an online order. I never had this issue at any other... location. The longest wait, they were busy, but today was dead. I saw maybe 4 other customers come and go in that time. Theyalso mess up our order more than they get it right. I can understand growing pains which is why I?ve been patient and haven?tput out a review, but they?ve been open long enough now that it?s not an excuse anymore. Read more
