Ordered a crispy chicken cuban with no potato sticks. The sandwich was cold and didn't have the mustard and mayo on it. When I... asked for mayo, it took 5 minutes for someone to interpret English to Spanish so the person finally got the mayo. We won't goback. I usually dont make bad reviews because most of the places I go are great. However, this really bothered me. So 1st time at this... location and granted I went late but still within opening hours. I order just 1 chicken trop bowl with several of the offeredtoppings. After paying I was informed they were missing 2 of the toppings. Okay at this point I can't do anything because Ialready paid so fine. Open the container to just receive chicken , rice and barely a scoop of beans. Nothing at all of what Iordered. I would've appreciated more if they would've just been honest and said we packed up everything or even lie and say weclosed. Not saying I will never go there again but definitely not near closing. First time trying out Pollo Tropical after being told their food was amazing & a great place to get food fast when visiting... Florida. Though, I think that the cook on the chicken was definitely not what I expected. Burnt throughout the entire chicken.The yuca was very hard, one could break a tooth! The rice was nicely cooked and tasted nicely. Flavourful beans. They need toshow their cooks about the cook on this chicken!! Read more

My parents and I came to eat for the military promotion, I presented the texts to them, their id?s and neither employee... understood they did kindly give us 20% off but did not understand what the text message was offering. Also the food wasdelivered but we?ve been coming for over 25 years and this is one of the smallest meals we?ve ever received protein wise. Iappreciate the thought behind the promotion but your stores are not executing it . There was a very large long building behindus and only one young man on register so we did not want to cause a stir but I wanted to reach out to you and see if there was away to refund their meals and to see about educating your employees about ongoing and upcoming promotions There have beenmultiple times I?ve visited this location when they abruptly closed ; drive thru and dining room . I understand Covid has causeda lot of supply chain issues and labor shortages but even with the food they have available it is meager portions and frequentlyout of so many items it would be a better customer experience to be closed. This restaurant chain has greatly changed and notfor the better . My parents and I have been eating at this chain since the Waters location and it?s sad the state it?s in now. Read more
Ordered a bowl of soup and got this! Maybe a quarter full. Missing all the sauces and portion of food was ridiculous. This is... not the first time this happens. YUM! Visited on a Saturday and received quick / prompt service from staff. Food was fresh as always. Very tasty. Don?t forget... to use their app to order ahead, view menu and to get rewarded! I would recommend this place and suggest you leave a review tohelp others. Note prices can quickly add up. Price conscience customers should review options ahead of time. $25 for 2 drinks,1 large Tropichop and a side of rice which was for 2 people. Read more
