Yet another location I will never go to again. No one comes to the register to take your order so have to either use the... computer or phone app. Never have all ingredients to make anything, take awhile to say anything about it, and when ask forrefund no one not even manager knows how to use the register even after calling another manager who also didn't know how to useregister or give a refund. One of the workers had to write down order on a note to even higher up manager to give refund andgets attitude about it because they all had to stop their conversation which is all they do there and get told can ordersomething else (epic facepalm, obviously they can't make something else because everything on the menu has the same ingredients)or can go to another Taco Bell that does have it which is no help at all since I would still need a refund because all ordersare location specific which they should know by now. Whoever owns this location should make sure employees, especially managersare fully trained before leaving them in charge of a location. Read more

It started off not so great, but the workers were friendly once you started talking, and then ended not so well. I waited at... the counter for about 5 minutes to place an order (with no one ahead of me). That wouldn't have been big deal, except someonewalked in and asked if I'd been helped yet. I said no not yet as she asked the people working her the same question, and one ofthe ladies said "what does he want?" and not in a "may I take your order" kind of way... The lady who took my order was reallypolite though. I didn't catch her name, but a younger lady with some nose rings. I came back to the counter to get my drink,since it didn't come with the meal when that came out... The same young lady helped me get the drink I wanted, and I saw a largeguy who was really nice also. Their hours for their lobby are incorrect as of 9-17-22 writing this, bit I put in a request tochange them. They should be 10-10 every day. They have their lobby and drive through hours listed as the same thing. Because ofthe incorrect hours, I was trying to have a late Zoom meeting and was told I had to leave (by someone who seemed to be amanager). Again this is the second time I come to this Taco Bell after it?s supposed to be open and they?re not open. One of the workers... walked up and I said good morning are you guys open and her response was ?we?re trying ?like if the customers are the reason whythey are not open on time. Higher up management really needs to do something about the people that work here. Ain?t no reason tobe rude at 7:15 in the morning when you have customers that are waiting to order 15 minutes after seven which online say?s thatthey?re supposed to be open , It?s as simple as saying hey I apologize or we are little bit behind, are you willing to wait afew minutes while we get set up. This is the 3rd time that I come here after it opens (7am) as per website and I wait at the speaker and no one attends me. If... hours changed that needs to be reflected in the website or a sign needs to be posted at the intercom. I come to this Taco Bellbecause I always get better service then the other competitors and other Taco Bell?s, when I?m in a time schedule I?m usuallyin and out and that?s what I like about coming to this Taco Bell but again when I get here five after seven or sometimes even 15after seven and no one attends to the customer it?s a bit frustrating Read more
Used to be my weekly lunch place but not anymore. There was very little beans and meat in my beefy 5 layer. They increased the... price and lowered the portion. Now it?s cheaper and I get more food at my local Mexican restaurant down the street. If you aregoing to raise prices you better give people their money?s worth! Read more
Mexican Pizza is back so had to go try it again, glad it's back, was really good, customers service was great very polite and... helpful, I also like the idea of making my order on the kiosk, very easy and simple. Also I love that they don't have any porkitems like bacon or ham, I hate anything that comes out of a pig. (keep the pork out) it is a disease infested meat. Good jobTaco Bell! Read more
If I could give them a zero I would. Every time this one employee is there, the service and organization is terrible. She?s very... rude every time. I was told to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes because they were ?backed up inside?. No apologies orfriendliness, just attitude and rudeness per usual. The point of a drive thru is fast service.
