Two nights in a row the lobby has been closed 10/28/22 and 10/29/22. Taco Bell's losing money because you go through the... drive-thru and the Time you get home it's cold. They need to do a better job if they have to pull people from other Taco Bell'sto fill to make the lobby open that's what they need to do! Read more

This location consistently tells us that their ?card reader? is down during the later hours of the night and that they can only... accept cash. I?m sure this is their way of being lazy and saying this so they don?t have to make any food because they know amajority of people don?t carry cash. It?s the same guy every time who tells me this but whenever I come and he isn?t workingmagically everything is fine. It happens anywhere between 9:30pm-11pm that I have come here he says this. I think this issomething management should be aware of and investigate. It?s clear you have an employee who is not trying to work. Hate to seeit hurt someone?s business simply out of laziness. ?I?ll be sure to carry cash from now is it?s that serious? I?m sure nomanagement would want to lose out on money and they would get this issue fixed if they actually cared. I also see managementignores their 1 star reviews and respond only to their 5 star ones on here but that tells me they know of this issue and simplydon?t care.
